    For the Dough

    75 grams or 7 Tbsp. Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    4 Tbsp. Cold Water
    500 grams All-purpose Flour
    250 grams Unsalted Butter
    Frying
    Oil Temperature: 375 degrees Fahrenheit
    Frying Time: Until golden brown
    Baking
    Oven Temperature: 180 degrees centigrade
    Baking Time: 20 minutes
