- Are you looking for another homemade recipe that you can add to your small business? This soft, moist, creamy and cheesy ensaymada recipe is a sure hit to your friends, family and customers.
Ingredients:
For the sponge
250g or 2cups all-purpose flour or bread flour
190g or 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp lukewarm water or 200g lukewarm buttermilk
7g or 2tsp dry instant yeast
1 pinch of sugar
For the dough
250g or 2cups all-purpose flour or breadflour
120g whole egg or yolk
60g butter or margarine or shortening
137g or 10 tbsp white sugar
3 pinch salt
Baking temperature: 120°C
Baking time: 20 - 25 mins
For condensed milk butter cream

Your bread looks like the deeeeeelicious telera bread that I buy at our store, but instead of it being sweet it's more savory. The bread is dense but tender and their topping is shredded cheddar and pickled jalapeno. Muy picante!!! I am so going to make this recipe!

You mean 3rd time that's your 3rd time doing the recipe? How about the 1st and 2nd time you made it didn't rise well also?
