Yes - beautiful and humbling indeed. I just don't support the notion your comment is conveying. Let us all be best of friends, learn from each other and be happy! Happy new year to you or anyone reading this!
No one is judging the people but rather the government. You also shouldn't be so negative to put down westerners they have done nothing wrong, never heard of them speak about these people or even know anything about this people. I myself from eastern Europe didn't know a lot of the stuff Eli shows and it is interesting. We can learn a lot about different cultures but it is also ok for those who do not accept the other cultures. People are allowed to not connected with every culture they see. Don't be cruel to others but not accepting to me is ok as well. I think accepting all cultures is a lie and what makes us forced to not have a say in things. Certain videos I have seen I do not agree with the culture at all, but the scenery is absolutely beautiful.

Hello from Saskatchewan, Canada. My great grandparents emigrated to Canada from Crimea, where they lived at the invitation of Katherine the Great to farm the land. They were there for about 80 years and left in 1876. We have grown to many thousands of people that came from Crimea living all across Canada and Paraguay and Mexico. I believe we all want to live at peace with Russia, despite our government. Kudos to the young Chef
Probably Mennonite. They came from Holland and Germany and Prussia and lived in Russia at the invitation of Catherine the Great until the revolution when they were no longer allowed to own private land. My father’s family comes from there and yes many of these Mennonites from Russia now live in Latin and North America. My family is in Canada. Many Mennonite dishes have Russian influence.@@Q_QQ_Q
Despite your government? There is peace with Russia once you submit and get annexed, becoming part of Russia. Your forefathers went to Crimea while the native Tatars were deported. That is how Crimea became majority Russian. It's called imperialism. That is how Russia became the biggest country in the world.

@@ElifromRussia We tried the feminist experiment in the USA, long before Russia & much of the world did & it has brought nothing but disaster. We now know, that our women were manipulated by the marxist control system & media, to believe that career, money, & being independent from men, would bring them true happiness. Now our women are suffering more than ever, with record alcohol & drug abuse, sleeping around, std's & a massive increase in divorce and suicide. The solution is simple but difficult to achieve in 2022. Life should be simple = AFTER MARRIAGE = men should work and earn the money for the family & women should stay at home & take care of their husband and offspring. Sex before marriage, is one of the worst ways to injure women & men. After thousands of years, this formula has worked successfully, & almost anything else will just bring (GREAT) unhappiness.

I never did so, Politicians are evil, greed and corrupt does not matter their side. People are People anywhere and is good that she is showing that
Only the " government" is judged correctly for its actions Don't be soft-headed.

You want to live in peace with Russia. Very well! But, for this to happen Russia should stop attacking its neighbors first.
Tatar ?
Probably Mennonite. They came from Holland and Germany and Prussia and lived in Russia at the invitation of Catherine the Great until the revolution when they were no longer allowed to own private land. My father’s family comes from there and yes many of these Mennonites from Russia now live in Latin and North America. My family is in Canada. Many Mennonite dishes have Russian influence.@@Q_QQ_Q

We have a saying in America, "haters gonna hate!", so choose love and respect or hate, the choice is yours.
@@katerynarusakova6176 , how can you also love and respect a country that bombed Russian speaking civilians based in Eastern Ukraine for over 8 years? Take your politics away from this page. No one is forcing you to watch it!
Hello from Turkey..Your culture and cousin is very similar to ours..I understand your grandmother's speech in native turkic language. Hayırlı günler yahşi kız..
You are not Turkic actually. You are more Greek, Persian, Caucasian than Turkish
@M.Đ-z4u you are right, actually.
Wonderful vídeos. Congratulations from Brazil!
I couldn't stop smiling the entire video, Eli! I love the moment you were reunited with your sister. Also, Mansur is very cool! I hope we'll get to see more videos with your family in the future.
Ufa looks much better than many towns of similar size in EU. Stay proud of your ethnic origin and Russian homeland. You have a lot to love and protect. Mansur is such a great boy. Not spoiled and lazy like many kids in Europe. Greeting from Croatia.
You don't know what you talking about, man. Baskortstan is a cursed, corrupted, colonized, poor land similar maybe to africa
Eli! This is epic. Such a wonderful life around your family. This is how I live whenever I visit my family in the countryside. And your brother Mansur is a legend at his age. He demonstrates typical life skills so unique in the countryside compared to his peers in the big cities. This video just made my weekend.

enjoyed very much your video, learning about the Russian culture, seeing some of the delicious food you have and learning about your family, Ron from California, USA
So much beauty, with rich culture ❤️❤️ I’ve had a very long fascination with Russia, and its history. Just love it.
Вы очень красивая женщина , я любил вашу прекрасную культуру, привет вам и русскому народу🇸🇾❤️🇷🇺

Much love from a Turkish follower, the Bashkir and Tatar languages are pretty related to Turkish, it was fun to hear your grandma speak haha
Wow! This is so beautiful and you are presenting a very different image of Russia than what we usually see on TV. Greetings from Nigeria.
Your brother is so adorable but also so composed like a grown up! His cooking looks delicious. I followed him and I cant wait to see what dishes he comes out with! Tell him Lauren from America wants him to follow his dreams, work hard, stay in school, make good choices and NEVER give up!
Hi Eli love from India 🇷🇺🇮🇳💐
What a heartwarming video, as you share your fascinating home village and beautiful family, Eli! Mansur is adorable: charming personality, talented, humble and hard-working chef for the family at only 12 years old! Watching you two together is like gazing at a colorful work of art! The ladies in their ethnic costumes are so charming and lovable. Thank you for taking us with you on this unique journey in this region of Russia.
Your brother's maturity is amazing 🙏
I met a Bashkir girl this summer in Crimea, and now your video definitely convinced me to add Bashkortostan to my list of regions to visit next time I'm in Russia ! 😍

Hi Eli, this video made me smile, thank you for sharing this warmth. I'm Tatar living in Vladivostok, my parents are here too, but the rest of our big family is in Tatarstan. I feel like you are my soulmate! Please keep doing your great job!
You got a fun family probably one of the coolest family reunion I’ve seen
you have a precious family. all the best from Nuuk, Greenland.
No way i found someone from greenland lmao my city in Serbia has 2x more population then entire greenland
omg! I totally understood what your grandmother said! I am from Turkey of course there are similarities.. wow 💖 God bless her!
yes brother...
the Bashkir and The tartar are Turk.
they are of from same tribe at very beggining then separate in another tribe
@@minturana2661 mongols and turk are very different
You have a beautiful family Eli, and you are beautiful!
Totally true.
Probably my favorite Eli video so far. Wonderful.
I can just imagine how many people would love to meet your friendly family. You are so lucky to have them.!
Love from Australia 🇦🇺🌹
Elina !I am very glad that you introduced your family to us Turkish brothers. I am glad that you are very happy. I love Tatars and Bashkir Turks. Greetings and love from Turkey to all the people of Ufa .
Thank you! With love to Turkey from Ufa. It is interesting: Turkish, Bashkir and Tatar languages have the same roots. They are very similar to each other, lots of the same words. For example, the word for "fish" is "balık"(turkish), балык (tatar / bashkir) - sounds exactly like turkish
Pete isenmisiz (tr: esenmisiniz), much more similarities than similar words but grammar as well as culture are also very close.
adamlar asimile olmus rusca konusuyorlar evde
Do you love them for their culture, their behavior or the fact that they claim to be Turkish????....and I have a question: .. tell me please, how are you all Turkish (...have the same language family) but it doesn't look alike at all in terms of facial features etc??? indeed you belong to different human races (. ..eg white-Caucasian race type or yellow race etc etc)

Wonderful place and lovely family. Thank you, Eli.
Thank you too!
@@ElifromRussia Yes. It is so nice to see a family where no violent drunk criminals come and murder the children and elderly and rape the young women.
Thank you for introducing your family to us viewers. Watching from Australia.
It doesn't matter where you are in the world. Family is Family and yours is amazing!
Especially in Ukraine (unless some Russians murdered your children and grandmother, then it is not so amazing)
Beautiful family! Everyone wishes they had a little brother like that; helpful, considerate, unspoiled by the trappings of modern society.
I'm really enjoying watching your videos, in wonderful, clear English (especially for a non-native English speaker). I watch many Russian channels (some right here in Brazil) and I realize that despite the distance, linguistic and cultural differences, we are populations with MANY affinities. I am very grateful for what I have learned from this contact.
Love love love your family! The way your cousin(sister), Yelp and SPRINTED into your arms was so heartwarming!
동생이 착하고 요리도 좋아하네요. 나중에 훌륭한 요리사가 될듯... 응원합니다
Lovely to see you with your wonderful family and to find out more about Russia’s diverse cultures. Your little brother is amazing!
what an amazing place, thanks for showing us the life in Russia, so sweet people
What an amazing 12 year old brother you have… So mature, talented & responsible!!
I really enjoyed your video… Thank you.
