This is great content. My weakness in the gym is my shoulders and sometimes when I’m working my lats. I feel like I’m working other areas instead. I hope you post more content about this part of training because it’s highly important to have the form right.
Exercises selection matters a lot man if your exercises selection are top notch then you'll be able to train very easily and efficiently.. And yeah I will try to come up with every exercises with correct form as possible soon man.. Keep supporting ❤️🩹
