front double bicep - all upper body days front lat spread- all upper body days side chest pose- all upper body days side tricep- all upper body days back double bisep spread and scrunched- back day back lat spread- back day hands on head pose- all upper body’s days

Love the information in this video but I have just one qualm with it. Why is the athlete wearing shorts that cover most of his lower body? Posing trunks would be nice next time around, fellas. Nevertheless, thanks for taking the time to make this for us.
Am 70 years old and on tuesaday I did 150 full wide grip chin-ups (80 were band assisted) in my scheduled routine.... yeep the shoulders are now wider ! Thank you for responding to my comment. I've never judged nor taken the courses to become a judge in the bodybuilding industry. As an international competitor though what I can tell you is that there can be differences among countries as well as individual organizations as to what they are looking for and how the mark. Depending on where you live and what organization you are wanting to compete in you should be able to find more information on the internet. Also, many judges are quite happy to share with competitors how they mark and what they are looking for.

Keep at it, @jarrettonions3392! Learning to engage the lats can be a journey. Focus on proper form and gradually increase intensity. Consistency is key, and over time, you'll find your lats cooperating more. You've got this! 💪😊

So just out of curiosity, if the V taper is that critical, why should we try to build large lower lats?
Lower lats provide thickness to the back along with traps
You won't see the lower lats from the front so it won't interfere with your V-taper

If u wanna grow eat alot 6-8meals but healthy,and carbs before you workout so you burn those instead of reserved carbs.
