We understand how frustrating it can be when the tinnitus reacts differently than how we would expect. Ensure you are listening to the sound at volume just below your tinnitus as we want to avoid masking it. It's also important that you use a sound that is comforting to you as sound therapy is not one size fits all. Feel free to explore other sound therapy options on our youtube channel until you find one that is comforting for you. If you'd like to speak with one of us, please schedule a complimentary telehealth consultation: treble.health/consultation
Really like this masking sound. My tinnitus is about 9000 Hz. this sound is very close. Faint almost imperceptible cricket-like sound, feels like a little massaging to my ears.
I've prayed everyday for the last 6 years (since a mortar blew out my left eardrum) that doctors will invent a simple ear drop that you squirt into your ear and it tenporarily numbs/paralyzes the auditory nerves so that you are essentially deaf for a few hours. You could take it before bed when you dont mind losing all hearing until the morning. People could even use it as extreme earplugs when they sleep in very noisy cities and giant noise cancelling headphones are clunky and uncomfortable. We can put a man on the moon, send a ship to mars, and take high def photos of other galaxies, but we still cant find a way to temporarily deactivate the ear drum so that hundreds of thousands of veterans with tinnitus can find relief? Makes no sense.
Unfortunately, there is no cure for tinnitus, but there are real treatments that can help people tremendously, we see it every day. It is possible to reduce tinnitus and improve quality of life, that much is true. Schedule a complimentary telehealth consultation: treble.health/consultation

Maybe it's me, but I could not find the free consultation anywhere in the site. I am redirected to subscription or to app. Which is helpful, I am sure, but I would rather go in for a path where experts follow me. Any clue?
What a shame, another one of your videos I was using to help me sleep, but then a commercial pops in and wakes me up in anger. I'll have to stop subscribing

Many people who habituate to tinnitus are still able to hear it in quiet environments, though it no longer interferes with their day to day life.
