When did your tinnitus start? Mine 2019 ... I live 1 door down to the now smart meter room. I get twitches, tinnitus, developed a stutter/stammer... There's 40+ meters. They all go off at different times... At least every 8 seconds they shoot their info to the electric company. When we had a brown out...I legit got shocked. 😭
I use Tea Tree Oil and it stopped the tinnitus within minutes. The one for putting on your body, not the aromatherapy oil. btw...I am not a Dr. I stumbled upon this "cure" by accident one day while in the shower. Instructions are in my comment above. OH, and I do not know if it works for everyone. I only know it works for me.
This is fabulous! I’ve had a cold with lots of coughing which always makes the tinnitus spike and this calmed me right down. Thank you. I’m an old lady on a fixed income so everything that you share on you tube has been a blessing for me, Dr. Ben. God bless you.
I’m in the same situation you are, I’m 70 and just started this Tinnitus a couple of months ago, I’m also on a fixed income and hearing aids are so expensive I can’t afford them my insurance won’t pay a dime on them so I’ve turned to listening to different noise sources and I find tinnitus crackle helps while I have my headphones on but can’t keep them on 24/7 so yeah I can definitely relate to you my friend!!!! Sending prayers for Gods Healing for your Tinnitus 🙏🏻🙏🏻
My high frequency tinnitus was screaming at me when I saw the link for this video. As soon as the video started I got an instant decrease in the scream. I would dare say well over 85%! Thanks for all you do for us sufferers, it truly helps maintain our sanity with some peace and rest from tinnitus.
Every night, I religiously play the Shimmer clip on my tv every night at a very low volume, just enough to mask it. It’s been my absolute mental saviour, the only way I can get sleep and wake up feeling good. 10hrs of ‘heaven’. I also lower the brightness and contrast on the tv so there’s no illumination although there’s not much brightness from this one anyway. Good luck ❤
As a doctor who treats tinnitus and TMJ issues this is a great option! I too suffer now with ringing in my ears and I now understand the frustration my patients have expressed to me. Honestly if we can’t see a problem we are not trained to treat it. So, this is something your typical doctors and dentist are not able to handle. I feel God has given us all the solutions within our realm and we just need to uncover.
I have Menieres and have had tinnitus for 19 years. I'm literally in tears that this is the 1st time the ringing is barely noticeable. As a peds Speech Pathologist I'm absolutely emailing my Audiology friends ASAP!!! Thank you!!❤
I love sounds with more texture than just white noise. A little like rain plus a hot fry-pan. Had tinnitus since 2010 and this year has been the most difficult. Hope there's a real cure in my lifetime.
I’ve had tinnitus since June . It was really bad the first month. It’s gotten better ever since. I’m not sure if my brain got use to it or it just gotten better. I still hear it when it’s silent but it doesn’t bother me. Sometimes I forget I have it.
I have had it for a few years. I remember it was really bad when I'd run out of my benzos I take for my anxiety. One of those nights when I was sleeping it woke me up it was such a loud sharp whistling. Now I have it but notice it when it's quieter around. The intensity is worse some days than others. These videos are good. I have to find a sound that sounds like it to mask it. But I think I did just get used to it when it's not too loud, doesn't bother me much. I've read that some Drs give Valium for it so that makes sense why it was louder when I didn't have any benzos but I don't recommend you take benzos for it because they're so addictive. I've been on them for over 2 decades and my Dr doesn't know that I can realistically be able to get off them.
I have very bad tinnitis from playing the drums and being in bands for years. I just discovered this on UA-cam tonight and its finally given me some relief. I'll be using this every day and night now! Thank you so much!
I literally just discovered this channel, the ailment, and this uncanny fix! Your comment stood out, because I am a drummer too. Can you tell me why or how you developed this condition? I don't think that I have this condition, but damn...I am very intrigued. Glad this has given you some relief!
I'm sorry to hear about your tinnitus, but I'm delighted to know that you've found relief through this sound therapy. Consistent use can be very beneficial, and I'm glad it's helping you. Thank you for sharing your experience! 😊
I just got Tinnitus 5 days ago. A couple of nights were Hell where it was a loud high pitch sound in my right ear and right side of my head. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning with constant loud sound and couldnt sleep. I took melatonin but it only gave me 2.5 hours of sleep before the sound woke me up again I prayed for help to God and then minutes later i found this website for my relief. Thank uou Jesus!!
Update since my first comment.. I am utterly amazed at how this has taken away the bad ringing in my ear!!😮... I was very sceptical about this but I was proven wrong and want to thank you 💯 for having to use this at night laying in bed with my earbuds. I left them on for over half the night because I fell asleep with this playing and when I woke up I was unbelievably surprised 😮 and the bad ringing was totally gone and to this very minute it still is fine with no ringing ❤❤💯
Just found this. How is it after a year now? How long does the relief last? I am currently listening to this while i type this. AC/DC concert did me in years ago and has been a struggle since. TY
i gotta say.. this actually worked! ive had a frequency sound in my ear for many months now. i came across this video earlier today and took a nap with the video playing in my ear. woke up with the frequency noise gone! in freakin sane! ty!!!!
Be sure to see your physician for a thorough assessment, particularly the CT and get them to check it thoroughly. A month after I had mine done with initial results coming back ‘normal’, a doctor looked at it again and noticed I had a High Riding Jugular Bulb with Dehiscence which is indicative of pulsatile tinnitus, as just one of the symptoms. I’m now in consultation with neurosurgeons who are preparing to operate by fitting a stent and coil, which they believe should finally stop this living hell. Obviously this isn’t a resolution for everyone and may not even work for me but had there not been someone who rechecked the CT results, I’d never have known. Also, my T isn’t the result of progressive hearing loss. I’m 57 with the hearing of a 16yr old. If this doesn’t work for me, I’m going to continue campaigning for funds to treat this hell. It’s a living torment with little to no funding being put into finding a cure. We T sufferers should not be forced to ‘live’ with this nightmare, all because it’s invisible. Good luck to every T sufferer ❤ and thank you Treble Health for at least making it somewhat bearable with your work ❤️
Just wanted to post this for anyone struggling to get through tinnitus. I developed tinnitus in March of this year, I distinctly remember the moment it started. I have no hearing loss or any issues that would explain it, as my audiologist said, sometimes people just develop it for no reason. I was miserable, I spiralled rapidly into depression, I never slept and kept thinking there is no way I can live with this constant ringing. I searched for any explanation as to why I had this miserable condition and it broke me knowing there is no “cure. I was a very fit and healthy 32 year old, why was this happening to me? I discovered this channel during this period but it was a while before I started to seriously take it in. Sound therapy has helped me, I listen to Silk most nights to sleep, I used to listen to it most days as well, but I’ve come a long way and it’s now on the uncommon side for me to require sound therapy during the days, not because the ringing has stopped, but because it no longer bothers me the way it used to. The biggest change for me was acceptance. Accepting the ringing for what it is and accepting that it is there but it doesn’t define who or what I am. For me I am probably stage 3. I still notice the ringing most days, some worse than others. But even on the spike days I just put my Shokz on and play some Tinnitus Silk and continue with my day. Slowly but surely I’ve moved forward and I just want anyone who is reading this to know it does get better. Tinnitus does not define who you are, nor does it limit what you are capable of. Many thanks Doctor Ben from all the way from Central Queensland, Australia. Side note - If anyone can point me to where I can download (pay for it) Tinnitus Silk that was a collab with Dalesnale it will be greatly appreciated. I have UA-cam premium but have been caught a couple of times without service and for some strange reason UA-cam won’t let you access your downloads if you haven’t signed in recently.
Good to know you're out there I'm in Pennsylvania United States my tinnitus got bad around your age I've been taking Klonopin for the past twenty years or so which calms the central nervous system It's interesting how this condition sometimes has no explanation A new medical device was approved this year in the United States that was previously approved in Europe last year I believe and it is called LENIRE That utilizes bimodal stimulation two forms of stimulation please read about it on the internet I have reached out to my audiologist and I'm scheduled to try it later in the year I agree with you that we can go on living with this condition however when it hits a certain volume and intensity it can be overbearing and that's why I am about to try the new medical device approved by the FDA
There are UA-cam channels (Drs and Chinese Taichi -TaichiZidong-that offer some physical (exercise) therapy as well. I got small case of tinnitus after playing music too loud with headsets. It would come and go, kind of a minor version of this sound, and I followed their ear “pulling” directions and it disappeared almost immediately. It’s come back a couple times and I do the exercises and it goes away. Kind of quick yanking on the outside of your ear, without letting go. Just keep doing it. 5 times here, 5 times there multiple times a day.
Thank you. I've had my tinnitus since attending an Eagles concert at a vineyard in Hunter Valley in 2015. I learned to live with it and it must have been fairly mild at the time. Then a couple of weeks ago I went to an indoor gig where our seats were right next to the PA and I knew it was the dumbest thing I could've done because now my tinnitus has gotten worse.
You guys have hit the nail on the head here. This eliminates BOTH sounds of tinnitus I experience. The high pitch 8khz sound in my left ear and the hissing in my right ear. You've done so much for people like myself suffering from this - a big thank you!!
This is the best sound therapy for my loud high pitched tinnitus! Amazing! I've just had a menieres attack that's lasted 4 days. Nausea and vertigo has lessened, but is still hanging around. This has been instant balm on my ears and nervous system. I've had tinnitus for 20 years and I have got so much from your videos. Thanks heaps! Rose (Australia) ❤
Rose, (also Australian), please read my comment I’ve just left. Not only have I now got tinnitus but have suffered from BPPV for many years however developed a debilitating form of vertigo and nausea at the start of this year that will last for weeks each time. I do have cervical spondylosis but this was more severe with the feeling that my head was far too heavy for my neck. During this vertigo, I had 2 frightening episodes leaving me bedridden for a few days where I wouldn’t even be able to move my eyeballs without the world spinning (sounds odd but trust me, was horrific). Persistent vomiting for days that would leave me feeling like my brain was on fire for a few hours. Not in the literal, hot feeling sense but pure mental torment. Something I’ve never experienced before and hope to god I never again but fear I will if untreated. It’s terrifying. I’m now hoping, after this CT Jugular Bulb discovery, it may be the reason for all these symptoms which can not be left. Please seek another CT and thorough examination of the scan. Good luck. (I’m Brissy if you wanted to reach out)
Have you tried Betahistne for your Meneires yet, my Doctor started me on last March and haven’t had an attack since. I’ve had Meneires since 2018. It was a blessing.
Oh wow!Very helpful indeed.I am thinking that I have the worst tinnitus ever and it is almost unbearable now.I would give everything I own to get rid of this horrific noise. Thanks for this.Crossing my fingers for a cure.
This. Is. Awesome. As someone who has suffered from tinnitus ‘only’ since Dec. 2022, I have tried ALOT of masking sounds. The pink noise generated via my ear-level devices provide the most soothing sound to help with habituation. When my tinnitus is at its most bothersome, and I just really need to block out the sound, crickets so far provide the most relief, until now. Crackle is now my go-to. It is hands down *the* one. Thank you Dr. Ben!!!
I have experienced this sound before, and it's so vivid in my mind's eye: huge wide-open forest in the fall, every inch of forest floor covered in red, orange and golden leaves, and it begins to hail, gently.
I developed tinnitus 3 years ago & like many others, I was devastated. All my life has been about staying peaceful & meditating a big part of that. I'm used to it now to the point that I rarely notice it & if I do, my mind just moves away from it. I come here to offer support & reassurance. Guys, i even got to the point where I'd panic if I couldn't hear it lol I'm sat here and could hear it, and the video came on, and the ringing has totally gone. I'm even forcing myself to try & hear the tinnitus but I can't. As much as it doesn't bother me now, it's nice to know that this works. This will be wonderful for so many. Blessings to you all 🙏🏻
I have had tinnitus for 43 years at least. Since i was a small child. I am sorry that some people are unable to deal with it, truly. It has been normal for me for decades and it doesn’t bother me.
Thanks Dr. Thompson for your videos. I didn't realize just how high my anxiety is because of my tinnitus. I have to really try to focus because it's constant unless I sleep. Ppl who haven't experienced this have no idea how maddening it can be at times. Anything you share on your UA-cam is helpful. 🌞
Thank you to all the people who try to help. My whole generation (71 years old) will be having problems I’m sure. We all know the cause. Parents of young children please learn to protect your child’s hearing!
Had tinnitus for about 9 years and over the past year my hearing has gotten worse. The tinnitus doesn’t bother me during the day, but when I’m tired, or trying to go to sleep, masking noises help a lot.
I'm delighted to hear that you've noticed a reduction in your tinnitus volume. Continuing to listen to the sound and monitoring changes is a positive approach, and I hope it brings you ongoing relief. 💜
My tinnitus was never severe as I know many have. It was between mild to moderate. But it nevertheless gave me panic attacks for a 3 days where benzos were taken to snap out of it each time. I didn't sleep for the first two days. And when I woke up I thought to search the web for something. I found a tinnitus sound therapy video which is alot more intense than this, but not only masked my tinnitus but made it go away for 5 minutes or so. Continued sessions increased the duration it would stay away to 15 minutes. Eventually I learned to cope with my tinnitus. Now 4 years later it's still there 😢 but I forget I have it days or weeks at a time, and it doesn't bother me at all. It can have severe flare up periods, like now. And this video helps! For the 12 hours to a day it lasts. Things gets better folks! Some people lose their tinnitus 100% after some time (2-3 years)
I've had tinnitus since I was a child and it never bothered me much, but 4 years ago it spontaneously worsened. My hearing is perfect and my ENT was useless. Hopefully, this helps.
Thank you so much. Instant relief. My left hear is pretty bad and my right is just starting. Can we get a sound machine with this sound so that sufferers can listen all day and night long
We're glad to hear you found relief from this video. UA-cam is going to be the best form of delivering this sound therapy. You can also check out our Spotify playlist. treble.health/spotify
I've never had a diagnosis of tinnitus but have noticed a high pitch hissing/whistling in my head. I used this sound one night and not only did the tinnitus seem to go but eventually this sound became less apparent! I had to really listen to bring it back. It doesn't seem to work as quickly for me in the daytime as it does at night - perhaps because of all the peripheral noise.
I have really bad tinnitus for way over 20 years. I cant mask it with music or anyting. However, when i gently move my fingertips on my neck the sound of my hair even it out?!?! So strange. Why?? And This crackle sound also help, but can still hear my tinitus. But not as much compering to listening to music. My tinitus is like a firealarm. It wakes my many times at night. Will try this video for a week or so when going to bed. Thanks
Well this had an interesting effect... I typically don't use sound therapies for my tinnitus because I find that they don't really have a long-lasting effect. They usually just mask my tinnitus while I'm listening, but it comes right back when I stop listening. Also, therapies that rely on matching the frequency of my tinnitus don't work, as I have tinnitus in a few different frequencies. However, after listening to this sound for about an hour, I'm now only hearing a single frequency.
I have terrible allergies. This year has been particularly bad. About a month ago my head was very stuffy and my ears felt like they had bubbles in them, lots of ear pressure - still feel like I have the ear pressure and bubbles in my ears to a certain degree. I assumed it would dissipate as it usually does, but this time it has lingered somewhat. About a week ago I developed ringing (high frequency pitch) in my ears...more so in my left ear. After a few sleepless nights and general malaise I came across your channel. I started with Shimmer and it was nice for a bit the first night. Then I switched to Pink Noise and that was nice for a couple nights. I like Pink Noise but the issue with Pink Noise is that the transition in the audio loop between clips isn't smooth or dissolved, so that little transition is enough to break my sleep. It also seems that at the 5 hour mark it changes to more heavy cricket noise...not sure if its just my brain picking up that bit later in the audio or not. Overall this certainly helps for anyone having issues with sleep as you manage this terrible thing. I'll end with this - I was working outside just yesterday. I was around pool equipment and AC units for a good 6 hours straight. Something about the pitch and frequency of the pool pumps for that period of time most definitely calmed everything down and I actually slept better last night than I have in a week (along with Crackle). Could be something to look into for fresh audio. Out of Shimmer, Pink Noise and Crackle...I gotta go with Crackle at this time. I'm hoping once I get over this allergy episode and my ears regulate back to normal it will take the ringing with it. Fingers crossed! But for now Crackle seems to be most effective for me. Thank you!
I noticed I had tinnitus 2 years ago and I've tried a whole bunch of natural ways to make it go away and of course it doesn't but I have found that this sound is the most relaxing it masks it the best and it has a soothing effect verse loud crickets or High pitches..... Thank you so much for sharing this is by far the best for me so far❤
I like this one a lot. My tinnitus is not high pitch. It is more like a hissing sound I hear in my ears all the time, so this definitely helps. I live in a very small town, and there is only one hearing clinic here. The audiologist is very nice. He ran a few tests, but said my hearing was good and there wasn't really anything else he could do. He did give me a few apps to download that provide sounds to help ease the noise in my ears. He also has tinnitus, so he understands what his patients are going through. My favorite one on your channel though is the cricket one. I listen to that one every night, and have no trouble going to sleep. Your videos have helped me a lot. Thank you.
I'm glad to hear that this sound therapy has been helpful for your tinnitus. It's also wonderful to know that the audiologist in your area has been understanding and supportive, providing you with apps and guidance. The cricket sound video being your favorite and aiding your sleep is fantastic-I'm thrilled that the channel's content has brought you relief. 💜
I've had tinnitis since 1996. I've lived with pretty good until recently. It has gotten so loud that it keeps me awake at night, and it's the really high pitched, constant sound that seems like it's just getting worse. I was looking for something to listen to that would relieve the sound some and stumbled onto Treble Health. I usually listen to water sound like the river, which helps a little, but not nearly enough. Last night I was trying to compile a playlist and added crackle and crickets to it. After crackle it automatically went to crickets and that made the tinnitis worse, however the crackle seems to help a little but the tinnitis is still louder than the sound and still very annoying. I'm struggling very much and it feels like it's still getting worse. I still haven't found a sound that helps mask the loud tinnitis that I have but the crackle seems to work best. I will continue to look through the sound videos. Thank you.
I'm thrilled to hear that this sound therapy has brought relief to your tinnitus. It's wonderful that it's been effective for you, and you're welcome! 😊
I'm SO sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with the ads. We've been working hard to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, due to UA-cam's policies, we can't completely prevent ads from appearing. Our goal is to help you sleep soundly with our sound therapies, and we will continue doing everything we can to minimize disruptions.
I've suffered with tinnitus for a long time, with some days worse than others, and it's definitely worse when my tv is on. I have heating loss too to a degree but I'm my right ear only. I've just come across this crackle video and thought I'd give it ago. Twenty minutes on, with a flourish volume because of my hearing loss, and I'm stunned to find that it's almost completely gone!! I'm going to send for the bundle tomorrow. Many thanks from a very grateful Empress! 😇xx
Last night, I couldn't sleep at all. The regular tinnitus wave files didn't help at all. They barely cut the noise down. Today, it was calmer but still loud enough to make it hard to hear over. I just tried this, and it seems to be breaking up the high pitch tones into manageable pieces. Will try using it to help sleep tonight.
I actually got an good nights rest after listening to this on my phone near my pillow. The volume was halfway so as not to disturb my husband. It definitely helps quiet my high pitch tinnitus.
VIELEN DANK ❣️
Thank you so much for this video, as well as all of your content regarding T. It has helped me so much since Day 1. Now I am on day 30 and have seen drastic changes in regards to habituating and tolerating the T, as well as a volume decrease!!! You’re the man!!!!
I've had tinnitus since my second covid vaccine, sometimes i forget about it, but when I'm quite at home, the pitch seems to go up. The video helped, thanks
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with tinnitus post-vaccine, but I'm glad our video could offer some relief. It's not uncommon for tinnitus to fluctuate, especially in quiet environments. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
This one seems to help me a great deal. I don’t hear the ringing in my ears while I am playing this nor do I hear it for a while after I stop playing it.
This gives my brain and nervous system relief from the tinnitus...it's very soothing..thank you so very much...I have had tinnitus for several years now.I told a hearing specialist about it and he never even responded...it's so exhausting to deal with...this crackle sound gives me sweet relief from the unrelenting noise in my head...thank you so very much !
Can you please tell me, how do you get this condition? This is the most wild thing I have ever heard of! I am happy for you...that this sound brings you relief, but why? What is going on here?
We're thrilled to hear that our sound therapy is providing you with relief! Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're here to support you whenever you need it. Wishing you continued comfort and peace!
this has recently become my favourite tinnitus relief video... other videos mask some of the frequencies swirling around my ear but this cuts out all but the highest tone!!! which becomes easily distracted by the crackles of this video!! many thanks
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that this video is helping you with those challenging tones. We’re glad you found relief!
This works - but what works as well is placing my hands behind my ears and cupping them forward. I can hear much better when I do that and that swats down the tinnitus. Wish they had some sort of brace that could give me ears that stick out from the sides of my head.
I've had tinnitus for about 40 years now. I find thunderstorm files are pretty good at drowning it out this seems okay although all the weird white noise green noise brown noise files seem to work really well. I've tried many things over the years. Most of all I've learned to wear ear plugs for anything I do noisy so that I don't make it worse.
So far, this is the only one that works. That is ok, though since I am sound sensitive due to migraines. This one is ok for me. I can listen to it as background when doing other things of when sleeping. Within 10 minutes my tinnitus is better. Even if it lasts hours, it is an improvement.
This was great for the first few minutes. Then I started thinking about crackling Bacon and my tinnitus started coming back. It certainly diminished it but I think your other videos works better for me. I am grateful for the help with my tinnitus.
If other videos work better for you, that's perfectly fine-finding what suits you best is crucial. Thank you for sharing your experience, and I hope you continue to find effective ways to manage your tinnitus.

Although this did mask my tinnitus while it was playing, it absolutely caused a cardiac spasm. I have had tinnitus since my heart attack in 2017. I started having cardiac spasms, which are very painful. Listening to this was doing the trick for my ears, but wham…after about 15-25 minutes of it, I got a huge spasm. ,y spasms are medically controlled and I only get them if I can’t take my medicine on time. Still sore and it’s scary.
Albert, that’s great! I’d like to know how it goes after listening to it in the background for days, week, etc. it may really help bring your baseline tinnitus down.
Thanks. I’ve got three different sounds which are exacerbated by jaw and neck movements. This is a perfect match. I’ve been having trouble sleeping also so will try this tonight. Thanks again.
I tried this for about 3 minutes, it literally shut off the ringing for about 1 minute. My husband laughs at me because i like playi g heavy rain videos from UA-cam while i do my crafting. Im beginning to see a connection!!😮
I think last night after listening to this with earbuds was one of my better nights sleep! When I got up this morning I don't think my tinnitus was as loud as normal....is that possible? I'm going to try again tonight. Thank you!!!❤
18yrs standing on a pit wall signalling for a superbike team even during the Big Bang Yam period with no ear defence given my tinnitus is literally unreverseable 😢 right ear is done, however this helps the lesser affected left ear!!!! Thank you for this! 👍 Edit....earphones!!! Earphones helps both ears!!! 😮🤯
I have had tinnitus for 6 years after blowing my nose really hard. In enjoying ASMR videos for relaxation, I found that the sound of paper crinkling is very soothing to me and I don't notice the tinnitus as much. Some "masking" makes my tinnitus loader.
Hey Caroline, I got tinnitus the same way as well. From straining to vomit during Covid and blowing my nose. Just curious to know if your tinnitus gets higher when you open your jaw ?
@@richardcallanan7913 It does change with jaw movement. It also seems to "move" around my head, like seeming more on the crown than my ear. Sorry to hear about your own experience.
Ive had it for many years. Only time it ever went away...lightning struck a utility pole. I heard BZZZ BZZZ and for two seconds its was gone. So peaceful. Then it came back
I've had ringing ears for nearly as long as I can remember, early 80s maybe. This crackle seems to breakup the ringing more than most. Helps me to get to sleep which is always a challenge.
I started having Tinutus almost straight after my gallbladder operation. But how can these be related right? Anyway I have put up with it for about 8 months now. Going to see my doctor for some guidance. Not sure where or whom to turn to.
I'm overjoyed to hear that the sound therapy had an immediate positive impact for you! Your appreciation is truly heartwarming, and I'm glad the video could offer some relief. ❤
Thanks for this. It seems to mask my tinnitus world. I always liked your silk video but I think I might like this one even better. Do you list what frequencies it generally covers? Thanks
Wow wow wow I’ve had tinnitus for about a year just come from no where but I feel left ear blocked get headaches and pain I believe I have Eustachian tube blocked also get sinus problems still waiting from treatment in uk but our NHS is in a mess at moment so have no idea when they’ll look at me this seems to be working after 40:mins I’m ecstatic it’s working thank you so much 😊

Never heard a crackle video for tinnitus, but I have to admit...it really quiets my high pitch tinnitus. Thanks for trying to help people like us.
Glad to help. 😊
Listen to cricket sounds....
That works the best for me.

This is fabulous! I’ve had a cold with lots of coughing which always makes the tinnitus spike and this calmed me right down. Thank you. I’m an old lady on a fixed income so everything that you share on you tube has been a blessing for me, Dr. Ben. God bless you.
Bless you. Might want to get an ear cleaning/ear syringe at some point? Could be aggravated by a build-up? Talk to your doctor about it. Take care

Good luck ❤
Instant decrease? Lucky you
Same for me. I guess mines high frequency also and this sound has helped the most or of all that I've tried.
Ok going to try at night
As a doctor who treats tinnitus and TMJ issues this is a great option! I too suffer now with ringing in my ears and I now understand the frustration my patients have expressed to me. Honestly if we can’t see a problem we are not trained to treat it. So, this is something your typical doctors and dentist are not able to handle. I feel God has given us all the solutions within our realm and we just need to uncover.
@ScottSmith64 - It’s not uncommon for therapists to develop tinnitus from trying to imagine it.
Once the damage has been done by loud noises, concerts, fireworks, airplanes etc. 😢 It’s Done!!
To many concert's for me. When you can scream to someone and
they can't here you at all
It's just WAY TO LOUD
Were ear plugs. Yes really!
Hi
Reading your comment is spot on thank you
I have Menieres and have had tinnitus for 19 years. I'm literally in tears that this is the 1st time the ringing is barely noticeable. As a peds Speech Pathologist I'm absolutely emailing my Audiology friends ASAP!!! Thank you!!❤
You're welcome, Jennifer. Glad you liked it. :)
Be well.
Iimin😢
I love sounds with more texture than just white noise. A little like rain plus a hot fry-pan. Had tinnitus since 2010 and this year has been the most difficult. Hope there's a real cure in my lifetime.
Me.tooo it started in 2010....but this sound seems to calm it down...
Wait it worked ...I put in ear buds for 20 minutes...
It works I wonder what will happened if I sleep with this sound on in the morning...
Yes, It sounds more like rain than anything else
I’ve had tinnitus since June . It was really bad the first month. It’s gotten better ever since. I’m not sure if my brain got use to it or it just gotten better. I still hear it when it’s silent but it doesn’t bother me. Sometimes I forget I have it.
Means it will fade soon by time.
I've been on them for over 2 decades and my Dr doesn't know that I can realistically be able to get off them.
me too , just like you
Same with me
I feel nostalgia when I see you've had this since June. I've had it since 2004
I have very bad tinnitis from playing the drums and being in bands for years.
@@LILRHONDALEE I think I have damage to my ear drums from the loud noise over so many years.
I just got Tinnitus 5 days ago. A couple of nights were Hell where it was a loud high pitch sound in my right ear and right side of my head.
I woke up at 4:30 in the morning with constant loud sound and couldnt sleep. I took melatonin but it only gave me 2.5 hours of sleep before the sound woke me up again
I prayed for help to God and then minutes later i found this website for my relief. Thank uou Jesus!!
Did it ever go away?
Update since my first comment.. I am utterly amazed at how this has taken away the bad ringing in my ear!!😮... I was very sceptical about this but I was proven wrong and want to thank you 💯 for having to use this at night laying in bed with my earbuds. I left them on for over half the night because I fell asleep with this playing and when I woke up I was unbelievably surprised 😮 and the bad ringing was totally gone and to this very minute it still is fine with no ringing ❤❤💯
OMG! That is wonderful!
Good luck to every T sufferer ❤ and thank you Treble Health for at least making it somewhat bearable with your work ❤️
Gracias
My tinnitus returns once the sound turns off. Its my test of any sound therapy. This one is,awesome. It wont come back stronger.
Good to know you're out there I'm in Pennsylvania United States my tinnitus got bad around your age I've been taking Klonopin for the past twenty years or so which calms the central nervous system
It's interesting how this condition sometimes has no explanation
A new medical device was approved this year in the United States that was previously approved in Europe last year I believe and it is called LENIRE
That utilizes bimodal stimulation two forms of stimulation please read about it on the internet I have reached out to my audiologist and I'm scheduled to try it later in the year
I agree with you that we can go on living with this condition however when it hits a certain volume and intensity it can be overbearing and that's why I am about to try the new medical device approved by the FDA
Bit extreme like
There are UA-cam channels (Drs and Chinese Taichi -TaichiZidong-that offer some physical (exercise) therapy as well.
True i made peace with the sound, changed my perspective it is my little friend now..😂😂
You guys have hit the nail on the head here.
Glad you like it, Rose! Be well. 😊
my brother reports improvement in his longstanding Menieres with traditional chinese medicine
go take covid vaccine
Sounds as if the crackle breaks up the constant ringing, rather than masking it or trying to override it with something louder. Good job Friend. 👏
Not a magic bullet , but it does reduce the high pitch sound. This , along with spoon tapping has been a big help
Ben!!!
You're welcome. Glad you like it. 😊
me too, this works better than crickets for my problem
Most of these are evil frequencies , towers they put up. Out in the country somewhere it would stop. God bless
I have experienced this sound before, and it's so vivid in my mind's eye: huge wide-open forest in the fall, every inch of forest floor covered in red, orange and golden leaves, and it begins to hail, gently.
😻
Life saving! Ear ringing out of the blue for a few weeks now. Been playing this non stop it helps drown the noise out so I can think.
I developed tinnitus 3 years ago & like many others, I was devastated. All my life has been about staying peaceful & meditating a big part of that.
I'm used to it now to the point that I rarely notice it & if I do, my mind just moves away from it. I come here to offer support & reassurance. Guys, i even got to the point where I'd panic if I couldn't hear it lol
I'm sat here and could hear it, and the video came on, and the ringing has totally gone.
It is so true. People don't understand 😔
Thank you, Sarah! Appreciate your comment. :)
Thank you to all the people who try to help. My whole generation (71 years old) will be having problems I’m sure. We all know the cause. Parents of young children please learn to protect your child’s hearing!
My assistant, Alexa, helped me understand why this works, excellent!!!
Wow what a relief! Holding Tears back
Had tinnitus for about 9 years and over the past year my hearing has gotten worse. The tinnitus doesn’t bother me during the day, but when I’m tired, or trying to go to sleep, masking noises help a lot.
It appears to me that my tinnitus volume is reducing….praise God…I will continue with listening to this sound, and report any changes.
Works! Added to my tinnitus theory play list...just wish it was a little louder.
I don't even have tinnitus and i still like this
THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SOUND I HAVE HERD FOR MY TINNITUS
We’re so glad to hear this sound is helping you!
You're welcome. Glad you like it, Karen. :)
my ears sound like birds chirping sometimes but usually ring loud when it's quiet.
This helps amazingly well for a couple hours of relief. My tinnitus always returns but this helps long enough to fall asleep. Thank you.
You're very welcome!
Thank you.
20" boxfan works perfect!!!
Twenty five years of unrelenting tinnitus. This actually helps.
I'm sorry to hear about your long struggle with tinnitus, but I'm glad to know that this sound therapy is providing you with some relief.
Ive had it since I was a teenager. It is worth a shot
This sound has helped my tinitus.i play it every night.i have tinitus for 15 years and this sound is one of the BEST for me so far.thank you.
I'm thrilled to hear that this sound therapy has brought relief to your tinnitus. It's wonderful that it's been effective for you, and you're welcome! 😊
I really enjoyed it. Fell asleep to it then 6 hours into I was woken by an ad with some guy yelling 😫😫 until then, it was great
I'm SO sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with the ads.
😇xx
You are so welcome, I'm thrilled to hear that you found this sound to be so beneficial
I have had tinnitus for over 20 years now and will try anything, no matter how small an improvement that may result from it. Here goes nothing! 😊
I forget too, which retraumatizes me when I notice.Thankful for ANY break from it.😎👍✌🇨🇦
Thank you so much for this video, as well as all of your content regarding T.
It seems to be useful to reduce my tinnitus.
I'll try it whenever I can.
Thanks a lot for your helpful channel.
You’re welcome, Terry!
Rupert Brown is AWESOME and you are TOO
Cathy, you are awesome too!!
You're most welcome! Glad to hear you were able to find relief! Try to keep using this management tool for lasting relief :)
Can you please tell me, how do you get this condition? This is the most wild thing I have ever heard of! I am happy for you...that this sound brings you relief, but why? What is going on here?
This is amazing it actually works! Such a relief. Thanks thanks thanks!!!
We're thrilled to hear that our sound therapy is providing you with relief! Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're here to support you whenever you need it. Wishing you continued comfort and peace!
Wonderful to have something new to help with my brutal tinnitus. Thank you
Happy to help! 😊
I have tried multiple sound alternatives and this one works best.
Thank you for sharing! We're glad to hear this sound works best for you. 😊
this has recently become my favourite tinnitus relief video... other videos mask some of the frequencies swirling around my ear but this cuts out all but the highest tone!!! which becomes easily distracted by the crackles of this video!! many thanks
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that this video is helping you with those challenging tones. We’re glad you found relief!
Doesn't quite block it out but valuable none the less, thank you 👍
This works - but what works as well is placing my hands behind my ears and cupping them forward.
Listened to it all night and nothing!!!! I still have the high pitched ringing in my ears. 😮💨
If other videos work better for you, that's perfectly fine-finding what suits you best is crucial. Thank you for sharing your experience, and I hope you continue to find effective ways to manage your tinnitus.
I love this, but if it could be with a black screen for sleeping, it would be fantastic 😍
This one really hits the spot - thank you!
You're welcome. Glad you like it!
God bless you, brother. Jesus be your shephard, and protect you and yours in Love. Amen. ❤❤❤❤
I have loud tinnitus in my right ear...this is a very good relief
Same here in my right ear
This is nice, great job by Treble Health.
Thanks, Patrick! :)
This is the best one I’ve used so far matches and hides my tinnitus perfectly. Thankyou
Thank you.. this crackle verily sounds like rain falling on dry leaves.. awesome.. and masks out my high-pitched tinnitus
You're welcome. Glad you like it. :)
Thank you!!!❤
Hey its been almost a year. How's it worked for u so far?
This is one that mask mine for great sleeping. Thank you!!
Glad you like it! ♥
18yrs standing on a pit wall signalling for a superbike team even during the Big Bang Yam period with no ear defence given my tinnitus is literally unreverseable 😢 right ear is done, however this helps the lesser affected left ear!!!! Thank you for this! 👍
Edit....earphones!!! Earphones helps both ears!!! 😮🤯
It sounds like a steady rain on a tent in the woods.
Like the visualisation. I think that added another layer of distraction. I need strong distractions to retrain my brain
I have had tinnitus for 6 years after blowing my nose really hard. In enjoying ASMR videos for relaxation, I found that the sound of paper crinkling is very soothing to me and I don't notice the tinnitus as much. Some "masking" makes my tinnitus loader.
Hey Caroline,
I got tinnitus the same way as well.
It really helps. Thank you.
This is really excellent for relief!
Glad you like it. 😊
Thank you! this one helps alot.. I was hoping ..
That's great to hear, I'm so happy that Crackle is providing you with some relief and helping you to sleep at night 🙂
Gracias doctor por sus videos un relief para las personas con tinnitus
You're welcome. 😊
Thank u so much for what u do !! I find relief in this sound 😊
You're welcome 😊
20 years of abusing my hearing has left me with a wickedly high pitched ring. This crackle really helps.
Glad to hear you were able to find relief! Try to keep using this management tool for lasting relief :)
I started having Tinutus almost straight after my gallbladder operation. But how can these be related right? Anyway I have put up with it for about 8 months now. Going to see my doctor for some guidance. Not sure where or whom to turn to.
I'm enjoying this sound.. reminds me of a heavy rain. Its distracting me from the horrible, chiming tinnitus in my head. Thank you ❤️
Tinnitus management varies for each person, so if this works best for you, that's wonderful. 💜
This works immediately. Thank you so much ❤
I'm overjoyed to hear that the sound therapy had an immediate positive impact for you! Your appreciation is truly heartwarming, and I'm glad the video could offer some relief. ❤
I just bought wireless ear buds so I can walk around easy in my house and leave on the crackle. I only need it in my left ear. Thanks again!!
I had since my surgery last year
Thanks for this. It seems to mask my tinnitus world. I always liked your silk video but I think I might like this one even better. Do you list what frequencies it generally covers? Thanks
