I've lost 12 kg doing Fitness Blender workouts, 30-60 minutes 2-4 times /week, first thing in the morning. I had almost 80 kg and now I have 67 kg.I also inherit a genetic tendency to be fat therefore I must be careful for the rest of my life ! I've been alternating between these workouts, never did the same workout because it would just get boring. With balanced meals, eating healthy but also cheating from time to time, once a week , maybe more ! I also smoke, I guess if I had quit, the results would be much more satisfying. Thank you Fitness Blender !Actually it's not hard, it's all your head, you just have to stand up and DO IT ! Good luck !

Love this routine. For those trying, the first ten minutes are hard, the first five will numb you, but after the 15 minute mark, it's pretty easy. Just in case anybody else is trying this and felt like they should give up in the first five minutes. Keep going.
Plus I loved how I could do all of these moves, whereas some routines demand you to have some sort of strength in some part of your body, I could at least give each one a good shot. Except push ups. I never could actually do those....

I have tried out MANY fitness UA-cam channels. This is by FAR the best! Great variety, you don't get bored doing these workouts!!! They are challenging and keep your heart rate up! LOVE IT!!
I remember doing this workout for the first time and I was COMPLETELY winded and exhausted! Now, almost 9 weeks later, I decided to do this workout again thinking it would be just like I did it the first time, but instead I barely sweat and it was a lot easier. Working hard for the past 2 months really did pay off

I almost quit halfway through, but I just did a small break instead of quitting completely and then managed to push through... man that felt good! :) I can't thank you guys enough for these videos! I try to do them at least 2 times a week for 4 months now and I totally feel how my condition has improved!
GUYS i'm so proud of myself, i'm doing this workout after 7 months of laziness and today i started again i did it for 15 minutes now i'm taking a break and finishing it lmao. So motivated, gonna do this every second day with cardio!

I would do HIIT 3xs a week and then some strength training. And at least 1 day of week. I like to mix with up the cardio and HIIT.

I have been an ACE certified personal trainer for 6 years. Lately a bunch of my clients have been saying that they have been training using UA-cam videos. Trust me, I was very leary and concerned considering the amount of misinformation and just poorly put together programs there are on the internet. I asked them which one's they were using and the majority sent me here. Thank goodness I was pleasently suprised. You guys are great! It's obvious that you have the right priorites as far as your workouts & safety goes. My only criticism, would be to maybe shorten those resting periods and keep that heartbeat elevated, but to each their own. Seriously though, I give you guys props on the quality content. I will be recommending you to my existing an future clients. Cheers.

Yep! I pushed myself, not saying I was perfect with what I ate, but I kept my eye on the goal. Just watch calorie intake, make sure you have a deficit but don't starve yourself. Eat when you are hungry, sometimes your body needs extra calories and protein to recover from workouts.

Still only 20 lbs down, but I haven't gained any back I plan on getting back on my diet after the holidays. School and work has been keeping me busy, but I'm still doing well just keeping my weight down :)

I've been using your videos for a few weeks now and I love them!! Just did this one for the first time and burned 300 calories. I really love how you guys have such a calm teaching way about you, instead of being crazy-hyper and using the word "sexy" in every sentence. Such a breath of fresh air! Thanks to you guys and my own motivation and new habits, I was able to lose the 20 pounds I wanted to shed last year and get toned and healthy. However, this summer, I stayed active but started to lose my healthy eating habits and started allowing myself to treat myself to things and eat things that I never would have otherwise. Unfortunately, those habits have stayed with me since summer and now I'm getting less active as well. I miss the feeling of feeling great about what you eat and exercising your body, so I started again today with you. I was embarrassed by the fact that I had to take a break halfway through this (which wasn't the given break) when I used to be able to do 45 minute HIIT videos all the way through and still be eager to try other ones. I'm definitely ready to work myself back to my old healthy ways!!

This is my first Fitness Blender workout back since I found out I was pregnant. 2 months postpartum now and I forgot how much I missed these! Some of the best workouts on the internet for sure.
The first half of this really challenged me. It challenged me so much that the second half, the toning part, was a joy in comparison. I don't think I have ever sweated so much in my life as I have doing these exercises. When I look in the mirror afterwards it looks like someone poured a bucket of water over me. But the benefits have been immense. I started these work outs nearly 4 weeks ago, and I was already in good enough physical condition, but I didn''t have abs. Now they are clear to see. I also notice that I can cycle for twice as long and have way more energy all the time, and another benefit I noticed is that I look at least 5 years younger - which may be due in part to the fact that I have changed my eating habits in conjunction with beginning these work outs. I don't eat the crap I used to. Anyway this is getting long. Thanks Fitness Blender! I will have to send you a gift, or gifts, sometime. You've changed my life.
P.S - Anyone who can do the three rounds of the round of applause deserves a round of applause.

this is by far the best HIIT cardio I've ever done! It was hardcore but you feel SO good afterwards! I usually do their 23min HIIT cardio and never really finish because I for some reason feel sick and realllyyy tired after that but THIS one is not only more effective but I can actually do it for some strange reason.So sometimes its not you that is ''too weak'' maybe its the workout you're doing that just doesn't kick in!
I did the first ten minutes and the cooldown today. Planning on adding at least one more exercise from the video next week and each week until I can do the whole thing. Thanks guys!

I started to do workouts about 3 weeks ago, and at that time, I could not even do it in exact pace and poses like Kelly in the video, I needed to pause it ( first workout video I watch is also FB's but not this one, about 25 minutes including warmup and cool down). However, right now I can do all exercises in this workout twice in a row without hitting the pause :) And I feel my body strength is much more better now, thank you FB! You guys are my motivation 😍😍
I've been doing fitness blender workout everyday for about a week and a half now. I was looking to lose weight by doing cardios and some strength training. I lost about a lb but I can see my body toned up a lot thanks fitness blender!

This was a great workout! I liked that it includes a warm up and cool down section. For some workout videos that doesn't include these sections, can you please make a video for it? This way we can do a warm up, then follow the work out video. I'm so glad that you have these videos!

Yikes, I needed a break at 7 minutes and needed to "hit pause" for the break and grab another water bottle... This workout is killer, but definitely rewarding!!
I have experienced that drinking too much water makes me not perform well...instead a drink more often but very little sips... I even got some nausea before from so much liquid in the stomach

I lost alot of water weight, i personally bloat very easily. My first week, i lost maybe 3 pounds, second week another 2 pounds. Within the first month i lost about 12 pounds. To be honest i stopped working out because I go to college full time and i dont have as much time as i did before. Im pretty sure though if you keep at it youll lose a good amount. it was this video and their other hiit workouts thats helped me lose weight . im for sure though getting back to my exercising, cause this girl is on a mission now lol! best of wishes to you! :)

Its a good workout. I loved it. 1st time when I started this workout, after 10 mins I felt it's not possible for me to complete it. Next day again I tried, this time I said I have to complete it & I did. I think doing workouts depends on ur mind, ur motivation. Thanks for a great workout.
