  • Orbit 62062N-Two Valve timer with one programmable valve and one manual valve. I forgot to mention it works of 2 AA batteries. Very easy to install and program. No leaks! yet.. If you need your plants watered 2 times a day, this isn't for you because you can only program it to go off once a day.

    Thank you for your demo, it was very clear to me. My husband was the one who would set the timer for the lawn. Now he is sick and I am the one who has to take over the responsibility. Idk you but I want to thank you from the bottom of my .

    You can get two timers. Split the main, using y connector, then combine to one outlet using another y connector. So the timer can take turn. Thank you for the video

    For what it's worth, Orbit timers like this (I only use the single outlet) are the only brand that I found would work with gravity feed only, such as a rain barrel. I won't say they work GREAT, but they do open enough to allow a trickle of water, whereas another model wouldn't open at all

    I have an orbit timer with 3 slots. I’ve had it for almost three years now and one of the slots/valves finally stopped functioning properly and the valve stays on even when turned off so I don’t use that slot anymore. For the money I paid for it (at the time I paid about $60 during a promotion) I got a lot out of it and saved me a lot of hazle and time.

    Thanks for the video. The new models don’t display when the next watering will occur. I kinda miss that feature, lets me know timer is set properly.

    What if you have more than 1 area you want to water? Is there an attachment that allows me to water one area and then connect the hose to other areas so those areas can be watered at the same time? Thanks.

    Hey man, great video. Im having problems with my bibb cause when I leave it on it has alot of pressure and seems like the water wants to come out. Is this normal and safe?

    • @JRESHOW
      @JRESHOW  3 роки тому +1

      Bibb? Not sure what that is but when the unit is off it shouldn’t leak at all.

    • @rohangangar6210
      @rohangangar6210 3 роки тому

      @@JRESHOW the hose spigot is also called a bibb, I never heard that word till last week too lol. Anyways yeah when my timer is off and hose is on the water pretty much leaks everywhere, I watched a few videos I need to replace the rubber gaskets and parts within but considering the house is only 9 years old I didn't expect to have to do so

    • @JRESHOW
      @JRESHOW  3 роки тому +1

      @@rohangangar6210 lol ok I gotcha. Yea it could be your faucet or Bibb needs a gasket. I just replaced mine this year because it was leaking (even when the hose was running) I replaced the top part that has a pop up screen type thing on it and my faucet didn’t leak anymore. My faucet was added to my house about 5 years ago so some may just go bad faster than others. As long as it’s not leaking out the timers hose go with the Bibb lol :)

    • @rohangangar6210
      @rohangangar6210 3 роки тому +1

      @@JRESHOW thanks will do! Hopefully it will fix any issues, so I am guessing you just keep the water on from the bibb all day and let the timer decide when the water should be released. right?

    I got something simliar so it means you can leave your water on without shutting off the facet, correct? I am going on vacation for 2 weeks and I just don't want any water issue in the house just want to make sure. So you just leave your facet on?

    Why are all these water timer missing an end time? This is really stupid. Who stupid enough to make these timer? I have a mist system that wanted to turn on for 3 minutes every hour from 10am to 6pm and not at night. Some how all these water timer does not have an end time....really stupid.
