I had a very symbolic dream of a T rex coming to chase me out of my childhood house! I was strategizing on how to trick him on various routes I would take. When I awoke, I asked what did that mean? I heard, "The T Rex is your anger and hurt". So I knew I had to work it out through kundalini. Thank you! I cried guttural sometimes...and during shvasana... I felt my ancestors grace me with a new identity...and wisdom on how to handle my separation. Thank you!!
did the vim Hoff breathing and cold showers and started exploring this 'cramp' in my foot it spread up my body winding around it. I study a little bit of the bible from a mythological perspective so new of the kundalini serpent. Turns out this thing started changing my life. I'm doing different kundalini sets a couple times a week just exploring trying to be guided. All different effect me differently. This one made me emotional. Anger has been my issue though (abusive father) I started weeping with the upward arm waving and at that point i got much extra energy, could have done twice the time. I body build so have pretty big arms too. Thanks, enjoyed it, you seem very knowledgable.
Please keep this online. I'M doing it every day for over a month and am starting to feel like a real yogi for the first time. Love your dog also Brett!

But after doing 3-4 of your videos, they became my daily ruitine. Your energy is amazing and your guidance is really making a difference. Today was one of the toughest days for me for many reasons. Lots of fear (almost paralyzing fear). Everything seemed to be confusing and causing more and more fear to arise in waves-a feeling of drowning. This practice was amazing! I feel so much lighter. Something released in me at the end of the sitali pranayam and I just started hysterically laughing. Uncontrollable buffetting joyful blissful energy. For just a few minutes I feel like I got it... it's all just so funny...but in the most loving/knowing way. Hard to describe. Thank you so much Brett.
I dread doing this because I was so nauseous the 1st time I did this. I've decided to try it again and it feels SO good the 2nd time round. Thank you for your gifts, Brett! Love to ya, appreciate your magic.
I wasn't able to do all the exercises because I felt so ill after doing the hip circles. I'm still not back to normal after a few hours and have been wondering if I should attempt this again in the future with the hip circles. Your post is inspiring. Maybe I'll feel better in the future too. A definite wake up call that I need to move some toxins! I'm glad Brett mentioned that the nausea is normal with that exercise.
@@amandakenyon7734 I've also learnt from another teacher that- it's a good sign, because then things are moving! that said, be kind and gentle with ourselves. i've found such exercises usually get easier over time, with the occasional nausea for days when i'm just a little more "off/tired" i guess. honoring my body regardless. sending your lots of love!
I've been predominantly doing yin yoga for the past months and I've benefited a lot from it, in particular my body, but I now realise that the Kriya and Kundalini practice works fantastically to deepen my spiritual practice and release a lot of energy that I haven't been able to release yet. Really challenging!! Felt I really needed to do this one--really hard to stay with it; but I did 😬 felt really nauseous in 2nd half, and am still feeling it even now after finishing. Little bit headachey too. Am drinking water, don't think I was dehydrated. Drank a good amount today. Thanks for encouraging words to stay with it, and not letting the fear drag us down. It helped!

That was just what my body and mind needed. My background is in more sivananda/vinyasa and kundalini is newer to me. The hand posture (for arthritis) was hard, which tells me it is exactly what I need to practice. Love your dog. Mine behaves like she thinks I need rescuing when I start to do the vigorous breathing and thinks its cuddle time during savasana.
Fantastic for me because I am athletic, but have a lot of stiffness in the neck,shoulders, so its a challenge, but it accompanies me the whole day the freeness in the neck. We are in lock down in Munich and my vacation houses in Croatia and financial support are zero, so the fear part is also accompanying me the whole day. Thank you, Stephan

Thanks I was afraid of doing this Went back a few times to do another shorter version stress buster. But this class spoke to where I was. A gentler nourishing calming. .deeper nurturing. And yes I finished class as meditation instead of sitting for15mins after.
BrettLarkinYoga definitely more aware after deciding to do class as a moving meditation and not stress so much thinking trying id try to sit a further 15min meditation at the end . Will be doing class again. A-gain Gaining strength.

Hi, Yes I did do the full session, I skipped a minute on the should moving exercise because I have a shoulder injury that is still healing. I was feeling overwhelmed and in my fears but by now I feel light and free. Thank you.
Feeling much calmer now and also nauseous. Felt reaaaally dizzy in the second asana. Still better than before being a grumpy cat. So thanks for your work!
Such an awesome practice Brett, I did it and I feel way calmer and thinking more clearly. Times passed fast and it seemed shorter. The only thing about kunadlini is some poses do hurt my arms and burn me a lot and I have to rest them down then keep going.
As a medium and reiki master I do alot of meditation daily my guides brought me to you. I had never practiced any type of yoga before I've been doing two of your videos daily for the last few months and the peace and enlightenment I get from them is breathtakingly beautiful. Good, needful one right now. Difficult, especially that opening standing cat/cow felt awkward, hard on the legs. I was surprised by how dizzying the standing rotations were, I kept losing my balance, and yes, felt some nausea after. The hands opening/closing is killer, and again so needful for all the work time on the computer. All worth the challenges by the end. Sitali breath has been a go-to of mine for years, so effective. My dog joined me, too.
I’ve enjoyed doing your classes for a couple of years now, and was happy to discover that you were pregnant several months ahead of me! I’m 23 weeks now and for safety reasons I’m trying to do the classes in which you appear to be pregnant. It often involves some guesswork on my part. Any chance you could add a pregnancy-safe icon or designation to either the title page or the beginning of the video? Really great workouts - thanks for the wonderful content!!!
Congratulations! The Detox Yoga Fusion classes were filmed while i was pregnant if that helps. You can always modify any pose to what makes you feel comfortable. Breath of Fire is something you want to avoid. Thank you for practicing with me!

I started crying during the “cannonball” breath exercise

Good, needful one right now. Difficult, especially that opening standing cat/cow felt awkward, hard on the legs. I was surprised by how dizzying the standing rotations were, I kept losing my balance, and yes, felt some nausea after. The hands opening/closing is killer, and again so needful for all the work time on the computer. All worth the challenges by the end. Sitali breath has been a go-to of mine for years, so effective. My dog joined me, too.

I’ve enjoyed doing your classes for a couple of years now, and was happy to discover that you were pregnant several months ahead of me! I’m 23 weeks now and for safety reasons I’m trying to do the classes in which you appear to be pregnant. It often involves some guesswork on my part. Any chance you could add a pregnancy-safe icon or designation to either the title page or the beginning of the video? Really great workouts - thanks for the wonderful content!!!
Congratulations! The Detox Yoga Fusion classes were filmed while i was pregnant if that helps. You can always modify any pose to what makes you feel comfortable. Breath of Fire is something you want to avoid. Thank you for practicing with me!

I was gonna giggling manically at the moving fingers to palms on with the arms up, because of how hard it was! It was so hard then got easy at one minute to go like I'd pushed past a barrier!
