Thank you! that was wonderful. As an asthmatic, smoker, (ex), Holding my breath when around peope due to fear and knowing I have alot of anxiety and fear..My lungs felt wondeful I am sure I could feel them leaping with joy and relaxation. It made me smile and the release was pure goosbumps! Very much appreciated..why i hadnt done lung work before seems madness now! ha ha , Thank you for the breath of sanity! Massive love to you.😊
All of your videos make me feel so good but this one especially is challenging but rewarding I'm glad I did it and stuck with it I feel so empowered for the day well for the night I work graveyards
Holy Kundalini!!! This practice challenged me! I like that. I am so happy for SatNam. That mantra got me through it. I will see how I feel tomorrow, but I may come back to this practice. The long meditation at the end was so comforting and then I moved into a comfortable savasana with cushions. I also used nasya oil in my nose and stayed for for several minutes. Namaste, Brett. You are a wonderful 'guru'!
This was so powerful. I wanted a strong flowy vinyasa but this did the same job rebalancing heart and throats chakras just as I needed to get me through the stress of powerful shifts in all aspects of my life today. Thank you so much and sat nam
I can't even describe how I feel. I almost finished it but started feeling so numb all over I did not finish the last 2 postures. I laid down in savasana and just took my time breathing and I feel so totally relaxed. I will try this one again. It is an amazing feeling I just did not quite feel I could finish without passing out. I always walk for an hour before I do my yoga and normally have no problem. I am determined to continue practicing. I love this series. Thank you and Namaste!!!
Day 18 done! I don`t know what is it about your instructions or your calming voice that makes practicing Kundalini yoga possible. Hearing about Kundalini for the first time on your podcast I thought that it dose not sound like something I want to try but I must say I love and appreciate the experience so much! Thank you!
Thank you for your work. I am using this kriya to work with an asthmatic cough, associated with complex PTSD. It seems fairly helpful. I also do the apana kriya in the morning.
Oh man. That was too much for me. My arm strength is nil. Made me want to cry because I felt like a failure. I'm going to have to stick with the beginners Kundalini. Hopefully one day I can get all the way thru with a smile 🙏
Amazing class Brett, thank you for sharing it with us! My heart is open and my my lower back pain is gone. I love kundalini for many reasons but the strengthening of my spine is a great feeling indeed!
Feels numbness legs and foot at starting , but it's wonderful class Every morning I love to do yoga practice with u Thax Brett for marking me more energetic Namaste
Serious shoulder burn! When my arms are extended overhead do I emphasize keeping them straight or keeping my shoulders away from my ears? At this point, I can't do both. :)
Keep the arms straight is for energetic purposes. Keeping the shoulders away from the ears will assist in releasing tension and shoulder strain. You decide which will work better for you, try one for a bit then the other seeing what feels best. Make sense?
Can anyone do these kundalini yoga at home without any guidance seeing your video. Pl reply. I do yoga and stretches and Sheng zhen meditation. Please reply my dear . I am 62.
You are the only Yoga Instructor that I follow on UA-cam. You are the best. Thank you for all your teaching.

Awesome!! These kundalini exercises can be so difficult, thank you for practicing with me!
LOVED! TY. I've been doing kundalini for my meditation practice lately. Question - all of the movements were about 1:30 min right?
Serious shoulder burn! When my arms are extended overhead do I emphasize keeping them straight or keeping my shoulders away from my ears? At this point, I can't do both. :)
