Loved doing this workout with my 4-year old. He was fascinated by the balls in the pool and kept looking for them throughout the workout. He asked me "Mama, when can we go there and see the "forest"? 🤣 (meaning, your palm trees in the back)
Ohh I am so happy your little one was entertained during this workout! I am surprised he wants to go to the forest, not the trampoline right next to the palm trees :). He could play with my almost 4-year old. Good job mama doing this workout! It's a tough one!

Not really a HIIT workout, very light on intensity. Good for pregnancy if you're far along
