It is still doable, so I encurage everyone to do it. I am a big fan of your workouts, HIIT is my favourite.
There is no need to warm up or cool down. The walking at the beginning is a great warm up. If you like you can do a stretching at the end. There is a quick 5 min stretch video on my channel and also a 10 min stretch video. Have fun!
53 yr old woman, about 250 pounds, and I just did it for the first time! Did some modifications and danced a few times during the 50 sec sessions but I did it!
Loved it! I am 68 and work out every day, but was looking for something quick with cardio as the weather here is not conducive to walking today. This actually challenged me and I honestly didn’t think that it would. Will be tuning in more often.
At first I thought this workout might be too easy for me, but it's a good cardio workout. Keep your arms moving and over-emphasize your arm movements and you will get a great workout! I even got a little sweaty at the end. Thank you for exercises that aren't stressful on your knees. I'm going to add this to my repertoire of your workouts! Love it!
I am 54 years old and I do run and after I had take a run I just need to workout and I scroll and I found this workout 30 min walking workout thank you so much much the best workout for me ❤

hi sally, I did this workout of yours for my first time. I am 74 yrs old, in pretty good shape. I recognized most of your moves from my working out 6 days per week with clips from "walk at home-Leslie sansone, and curtis adams (fit over 50). I liked the small insert video clip which demonstrated the next move beforehand. My question: Is trying to keep pace with your tempo too much for my age group. i am used to doing non-stop 30 minutes walk at home routine, but your pace is faster than what i have been doing. i was able at effort to keep pace w you.
Have been doing this workout since mid Dec 2024. It’s now 24 Jan 2025. I’ve lost 2kg and losing more belly fat each week which I haven’t been able to do via walking/jogging. I’m 73 and only have to modify 2 of the exercises. I can now wear my tops tucked into my jeans, woohoo.

❤Luv, luv ❤️ this workout. Have severe osteoarthritis in my knees and can no longer use treadmill to get my heart rate up so this workout helps me alot. Some exercises l need to adjust as l cannot bend my knee but overall is perfect. Thank-you 😊😊
May I suggest some verbal cues every now and then, that you move to the beat in all exercises and I suggest some backwards lunges . Perhaps mention which muscle groups you are using etc, and a drink break etc. Thanks
