Today, we’re doing a 10-minute ab workout to help you tone and strengthen your core-all from the comfort of your home! This quick, no-equipment routine is perfect for all fitness levels. Stay consistent, and let’s work toward those defined abs together!

I did it and it was actually worth it. As it's been 1 year of me doing similar exercises from chloe ting's channel, I believe it was a little easier now that I have enough practice and strength. Also, I used a 10 kgs dumbbell for some of them to make it hurt more, the exercise changed a little bit but I love the burn after.🔥🔥🔥wish me luck for the future, still 7 kgs left to loose😭
