You would find out that ALL serial killers are narcissistic AND that narcissism is and always will be the same acts and characteristics that ALL narcissistic people do. And there are people who aren't narcissistic that pick up narcissistic behaviors,but that can be changed because they aren't a full blown narcissist. Unfortunately from experience, the moment someone uses this term of open relationship suddenly - do yourself a favour and leave immediately. Otherwise they will end up dragging you through mud and causes you years of pain. Leave.

It depends what you want yourself.the rules change all the time because people change. But if you're not into that change or you dont want to go on together then thats the end of that relationship. If both people want to take that path then fine but it has huge risks..you qouldnt move to Alasca without researching the risks involved and going there prepared so you cant just open a closed relationship without huge risks.

I was the object that the last bf was proud of. I know I'm pretty and I realized he just wanted me to wear sexy things and charm people around him. He was never going to make a commitment. I ditched him even after he had cancer. I did give him one last chance if he wanted me in his final days. He ended up with someone older and fat. Then he died.

That's crazy which is considered as a trophy wife. That's what my ex-husband said to me and I didn't know what it meant in that time in my 20 until I got in my 30s. It sucks when we think we are marrying too on how they see you. I met my ex-husband when I was 18 turning 19 he is 9 1/2 years older then me. I grew out of that relationship and it was hard broken and is still healing when I'd given 17 years of my life in that episode of my life. I was a trophy wife and he told me that before. It's okay to walk away.
Spouses with this particular problem call in to this type of podcast because they want confirmation from someone who doesn't know them or their spouse. Judgement and agreement from a stranger is always less hurtful than judgement from a friend.
