In the north of Spain it rains a lot and there are many mountains. It's all green. In central Spain there is plain and much agricultural land. The weather is hot and cold. In the south the climate is hot and most days sunny and pleasant temperatures. In summer in almost all of Spain it is 40 degrees. There are also agricultural fields and desert and some mountains and long, wide beaches. In the east there are many beaches but many tourist people and where most tourists go on vacation.
In each part of Spain they eat differently. We have a lot of variety of food. From north to south the landscape, the food, the climate, the architecture, the accent change a lot.

    Thanks for the video 👌🏼
This is a very small example of everything one can discover in Spain, of course, we would need days without sleep to talk about everything. On the other hand, to get an idea, Spain is like a small continent with both climates, geography and different cultures within the same country. Spain is wonderful just like any other country in the world, without a doubt. All the countries in the world are beautiful and it is always wonderful to be able to discover them. Greetings from Spain Madrid✌🏼

Yeah the aqueduct is 2000 years old, but the craziest thing about it is that it was still in use up to the 70s
As for Finiterre, the name comes from Latin Finisterrae (the end of the world) and of course it was supposed to be the end of the Earth in Roman times

The Alhambra in Granada is from the XIII-XIV century. The oldest fortress was a Goth palace dated from 666, But the building we can see nowdays is mainly from the XII-XIV. Nazarí dinasty anly ruled Granada, never ruled Spain. This video is full of mistakes and misconceptions. Those are only an example beciause if I have to point all out in this comment I would need a few hours explaining one by one.

New Year's Eve in Madrid is not as harsh as up north, but it is cold, much more so than in the coastal areas. Winters in central Spain are somewhat unusual in the sense that they are very cold and very dry, all at the same time.
It's a weather of extremes, different from than near the sea: summers are just as dry as the winters, but crazy hot. There is hardly any spring, so we are not as familiar with the concept of a 'mild' weather as Spaniards in the coasts are.
We in Madrid describe our weather as "nueve meses de invierno y tres de infierno" (nine months of winter plus three of hell). Regrettably, with climate change summers are getting longer and our long winters are shrinking.

I live in Barcelona but part of my family is from a town near Pyrenees and there’s like -15 C degrees in winter so it’s not like the most cold place in north of countries but it’s very cold. There’re a lot of places like this is Spain. The the north center of Spain is very cold in winter.
The Vikings were in Galicia. It reminds me a lot to Ireland.

The pace of construction de la Sagrada Familia varies because it is built on the basis of contributions and donations, as it is an expiatory temple. No contribution from the State or the Church itself.

About Gaudí "dragons", in fact is not a dragon, is the Tarentola mauritanica a very typical reptile on catalan mediterranean areas, we are very use to see at our terraces or even inside the house during summer. Is the best anti-mosquitos and a perfect ally against insects when on hot months we use to open often windows and doors. The catalan popular name for it is "Drac" or "Dragó", far to be a dragon as we know by literature.

Finisterre as the end of the world is not because they didn't think there was more land to the north. They thought that the earth was flat and that America did not exist, they only saw the ocean and that to their left there was nothing but water.
20,000 people enter the Puerta del Sol.
The image of the Segovia aqueduct with the image of a lake and Madrid in the background with the towers is doctored. Between SEgovia and MAdrid there are mountains and you can't see Madrid nor is it that close. It is about 80 km

What they did to Park Güell in Barcelona is totally a crime. When massive tourism firms transformed it into a destroyed place, the local government had the 'brilliant' idea to restrict the visits by selling entrance tickets.
I mean we understood that it needed a lot of money for cleaning and maintenance, sure, but the neighbours who lived there had to fight a lot to get free access to their local park. Instead of controlling the massive tourirsm explotation, the city politicians left outside the people who couldn't pay the entrance price.
It's even worse when you consider that GAUDI himself made this park as a gift to Barcelona's people.
