Just one comment for the Dallas guy... cars started in Europe ;) to be precise, in Germany in 1886, the Benz Patent-Motorwagen was the first car, and Germany became the central hub for cars, that didn't roll in USA until 1893 (the first one) or 1908 (the Ford Model T) which was the real starting point of cars in the USA

Me preguntó si tú amigo, e incluso tu misma, sabéis que esa parte de California fue poblada por españoles, y que esos nombres de San Antonio y San Francisco deben su nombre a esos pobladores. Y sí, los españoles ayudamos mucho a la independencia de EEUU. Mucho más que los franceses. Pero en EEUU se lo reconocen más a ellos que a nosotros los españoles.
La Armada española apresó un convoy de más de 50 navíos ingleses con pertrechos de todo tipo para las tropas inglesas(para varios regimientos) que luchaban contra las 13 colonias americanas. Al margen de esto, España suministro a los americanos centenares de toneladas de pólvora, muchos cañones, decenas de miles de mosquetes, decenas de miles de uniformes y sí consiguieron la Independencia fué porque otra vez la Armada Española les salvo el pellejo ya que se enfrento a la flota inglesa que subian por el Missipi para coger por la retaguardia a los americanos. La flota española se enfrento a la inglesa e impidio que pasaran Missisipi arriba. Naturalmente en las escuelas de EEUU nos les han dicho ní una palabra. El único reconocimiento a los españoles fué a su almirante Galve del que hay un retrato en una estancia oficial de USA. Aún jode más que la falta de cultura del comun de los ciudadanos de USA no sabe donde se encuentra España y se creen que los españoles somos criollos como muchos habitantes de hispanoamerica u otros que creen que España se encuentra en México.

Starbucks is better than the torrefacto acid flavored Spanish coffee you people drink. At least Starbucks features other (fair traded) international coffees as an option.

Tejano, en España esta la ciudad más antigüa de Europa, Cadiz con más de 3000 años desde su fundacion, tambien hay otras como Zaragoza que tiene 2038 años fundada por el emperador romano Cesar Augusto y ya que hablamos de ciudades vamos a hablar de ciudades de EEUU, cuatro de las 10 mayores ciudades fueron fundadas por los españoles, Los Angeles, San Antonio, San Diego y San Francisco además de miles y miles de ciudades y pueblos, ya que los españoles fueron los primeros que llegaron, fundaron ciudades incluso para los indios ya que se les consideraban súbditos de la Corona Española con los mismos derechos todos.
Si llegaron a matar, robar y conquistar a los indigenas y no respetar sus costumbres. Y gracias a tu descubrimiento trajeron la tradicion de la esclavitud.

@@ANTOANETTA I know that as fact, as it has happened to me when it comes to family, former relatives, that think, I'm so unpatriotic, un-American, because I travelled the world, lived in numerous countries. They fear, I could convince their children to do the same, be like me, open minded, seeking new mind expanding opportunities that doesn't have big money attached to them, just much more freedom, happiness. Can't have that now, can we, how terrible!
American families do not discourage their children from traveling or talking about other countries; as opposed to Spain, the good old U.S.A. has fifty states they would rather visit first.

Valencia is pretty much one of the greatest cities to live in for balance.

Valencia is a beautiful city in the City Center areas such as i.e. Ayuntamiento, Gran Via; however, when you live in some of the neighboring areas i.e, Cabayal , Malvarrosa, its not as quaint as she is painting it. Valencian apartments are small, boxed in and poorly insulated. Not sure why she is trying to sell her friend on the idea that Valencia is a one size fits all solution, particularly since he comes from Texas where everything is big with an abundance of open spaces. Sounds like she is hustling timeshares.

The job market is very difficult in Spain in general, high unemployment, and even more for most college education, but if you can find an expat or a nomad job, then you will be paid as in the USA with the advantages of living where you want. There are well paid jobs in tech, programming, but those are all over the world.

Los estadounidenses que emigran de su país para vivir en otro país son emigrantes, exactamente igual que cualquier persona que haya emigrado de su país para vivir en otro.
Tú vives en España como una inmigrante más, has venido para disfrutar de una mejor calidad de vida, exactamente igual que cualquier otro inmigrante que vive aquí, todos lo hacéis para mejorar vuestra vida.
No hagas distinciones ni te creas distinta a cualquier otro inmigrante, porque aquí te vamos a tratar igual de bien que a cualquier inmigrante. Todos tenéis el derecho a la sanidad pública y a todos los beneficios que tenemos los españoles. España es el único país del mundo que la sanidad atiende y opera gratis a cualquier persona que se encuentre en España, aunque no tenga trabajo ni documentos legales. Los españoles somos el país que más donaciones de órganos y trasplantes hace del mundo durante más de 30 años seguidos. Somos así de buena gente. Por eso todo el mundo quiere vivir aquí, por nuestra bondad.

@@wanderingwarrior5626 Europe is ass. Tiny apartment buildings for homes. Tiny appliances. Need to catch public transport just to go to the supermarket. Buildings are old and run down. Everything is expensive and increasing in price. Don't get me started on energy costs and rents. Forget about owning a car. Migrants coming in from all sides and taking away your jobs with cheap labor. Overcrowded streets. Neighbors intruding into your personal life like they are family. Things taking forever to get done. Shops not even open 24 hours. The quicker you get out, the better.
