How to Make Emergency light from Scrap LED

Hi friends today I am going to show how to make emergency light from 30w scrap LED .I used the LED panel of the LED Lamp by making section of the series. It Was 8 series of 4 led, every unit of 4 led are 11.5v .So I apply 11.5 v at each section.
The material I have used are
1. 30w scrap LED
2. Agricultural Sprayer Pump speed controller
3. charging port
4. 12 v ,1A power supply for charging
5. scrap laptop battery
6. two 6A diode (optional)
