For example they will put in size 1 font phrases (so that look like a period) to self report the kid that just copy and past assignment it into ChatGPT. Like "Include a reference to Batman" or some thing of that nature so just a glance they can tell they use it. Like there no way a kid could BS their way out of putting a reference to Batman in their Dairy of Anne Frank book report.
The game is doomed then. They decided static loot rolls were a good idea in a sequel to a game with random loot rolls. They released a game that was basically an outlined picture then added no detail or color. They seem to have no idea what they're working on and are like absent/out of touch managers.

JP, my default build for the DLC is also super heavy armor with super heavy shield. It is the most bearable way to play for me. I didn't want to spend all the time it would take to learn the roll patterns.
There's this misconception in the multiplayer space where devs think complexity automatically equals depth, and they try to shoehorn endless gameplay systems and mechanics for no reason other than "surely this gives our game longevity right???" which almost always ends up backfiring. Recently games like Back 4 Blood, Exoprimal and evidently now Concord are super guilty of this Not every live service game needs to be Path of Exile. There's beauty in simplicity, and straightforwardness can still have plenty of depth too. Just look at Fortnite and Left 4 Dead, games that anyone can pick up and are timeless despite it. I wish companies would realize this

On the subject of Game Pass... keep in mind you will be paying $240 per year to basically rent games the second you cancel it won't be available. So it's the same price as buying 4 AAA titles or just rent them in perpetuity.
Would be curious to see data how many gamepass users actually subscribe for an entire year. Personally I just sub for a month or two to play all those ~10h single player games they have on there.
Ya the value is all based on the type of user your are. For me I finished just under 50 games on the service last year and I never replay games, so for me this service is great, but it takes my buddy months to finish a game so there is little value in the services for him. That's why their growth targets were not realistic, I think there are a lot more people like him than me.

It's way too good.

I think the only thing that makes the game too easy is a blocking build, but even then it's like eh if you don't want to do that, don't do it. Dodge and learn the attacks if that is what you find fun.
Tbf dlc weapons have always been busted in from soft games so that does imply they kinda do it on purpose to encourage people to play the dlc. It might not be balanced that doesn't mean it's because of incompetence

Wasn't the censorship in stellar blade like 2 or 3 outfits with almost minimalistic changes though? What about the other outfits that weren't touched? I'm confused on that point.
The issue with Stellar Blade was lying about what the game would have on the release, the censorship itself was minor and pretty irrelevant.
