About the game:
Astrometica is a fun game about surviving in space. You need to use your skills and tools to stay alive. There are many challenges to face, and you need to fight to survive. You also need to build a new base in space. - Ігри
15:32 If you look closely when your mouse is over a recipe, it tells you that you can pin the recipe with right-click.
11:27 You missed the flashlight/torch in the bedroom at that first base you visited.
57:26 If you go to the corner of the large crate, to one of the blinking lights, it tells you the tool you need.
Keep on please, looks cool
Thanks for watching! I'm loving the game so I think I'll give it another try soon.
This is a fun little game. As you said somewhat of a subnautica in space kind of thing. It's still extremely limited in terms of content though. You'll likely only get a few episodes out of it until you've done everything there is to do unless you just want to play around and see how crazy of a base you can build.
Yes it is definitely an early access play test, I really loved Subnautica so it is right up my alley.
ya seems awesome, loved that you showed us it, thanks bud
Thank you for watching!

You can also add batteries and other corridor items to the bottom of the corridor. I will not tell you where, but you did pass nickel ore twice in the game and another source was not too far away once.
Oh man, now I'm curious. That rock that would take 10 batteries must not be it, huh? Maybe that "silver" rock near the supply room?
@dannyrothko You have not tried mining nickle, yet you were close to it in two different locations.
@@The_Lonely_Texas_Pagan Time to hunt for some nickel!
I'm up for more.
Thank you!
seems interesting should be cool to see where it goes.
Thanks for watching!

I think I will do that!
Interesting game!
Very interesting! I definitely want to keep going.
i was thinking maybe check out the second mission thing, it might have something,
I think so too! I'll need quite a few oxygen bottles to get over there though, haha.

Or a ship
Did you ever play Stationeers ? I consider that game kind of the root of all those "*eer" games.. Astroneer Planeteer Marsoneer WTFoneer and what have you not... (which I don't really like at all.. I consider them being quite a pale imitation 🙈)
I've actually never played stationeers, but I have played Astroneer a bit. I'm definitely interested in Stationeers from what I have seen.
Coal in space? like fossil fuel coal? If carbon is needed devs should consider comet bits (silica, ice, carbon) or carbonaceous asteroids. Or did I miss the part where this is in the debris field of an exploded planet that once contained life long enough to form coal?
😄 Good point. There's also a ton of floating MRE's so I'm guessing at least some of the materials were from human construction.
Calling them fossil fuels is actually mostly a misnomer. They are the result of the breakdown of organic materials, but not in the way it was commonly understood in the past. It doesn't take nearly as long to happen as was thought when the term fossil fuels was coined, and it is almost exclusively algae and plankton that is being broken down.
Can you pin recipes?
From what I could tell I don't think a recipe pinning system was implemented in the playtest.
Yes, when you place your mouse over a recipe it tells you to right-click to pin it, I think.
The fact that you slow down after disengaging your jetpack does not make any sense.
So true, we need more momentum!
It kind of does if you still have thrust left from the jetpack, because you would assume it would have inertial dampening built into it. But yeah it doesn't make much sense when you run out of thrust on the jetpack, because then there would be nothing to power the inertial dampener.
