oo nga eh, i tried theirs but turned out malambot afterwards, so i experimented on mine and leave a couple days, and boom, nagcrisp by itself, so i had to share, thanks for watching 😊

Yema is one of my childhood candies that I enjoyed and my mom agreed to eat this cause she likes it too. Nung nakatikman ko yan balik, namimiss ko na ang lasa ng yema kasi ang sorbang laki ng gap sa pagkain ko sa yema simula noon hanggang ngayon. Good thing, nabalikan uli siya.

hahaha, kayang kaya yan, covid nga natiis naten sisiw na ung a couple days, makukuha mo rin basta follow mo lang procedure ng walang binabago 😉
This is a good recipe. Too bad I overcooked mine on the first try. I would've been happy for it to be undercooked instead of over. I had to wrap a lot of chewy candy.
Pay attention to the bubbles. If there are white-ish parts with bubbles at the bottom of your pan and is a bit thicker in consistency, like in 3:30 , if you look closely, turn off the heat and prep your plate if you haven't already. I watched the video 3 times and I failed to know what the key differences are for it to be done. Thanks for sharing
hi, you have very good observation and yes, what you said was true, the key is the tiny details like how the yema looks like when you scrape it off the pan, some people they give up by not getting it first try saying it doesn’t work but really, every time you do it makes you more knowledgeable on how you should do it next time, thank you for saying it precisely 😊

Kaso medyo na overcook ako kaya naging medyo chewy siya but still perfect!

Have to comment again. Seriously thought failed sya because of the egg na nilagay ko na hot na yung milk. Fortunately it was still amazing. The best yema recipe there is. After 4 days ko pa kinain and crispy outside and gooey inside. Thank you po sa recipe

oo low to med heat, time mo ung pag cook, mine is only 15 mins after malagay ung egg and condensed, and do note na kapag nag cool down na ung yema is not too soft than kapag mainit pa

yes same here, tagal kong hinanap ung yema nung nabibili na malambot and crunchy, luckily, through some practice, naperfect din kung pano, which is sobrang dali lang, kung tama ung pagkakagawa mo
sensitive kase gawin ung yema, kapag too much ung luto tumitigas, pag under, malambot and hindi magiging crunchy ung outer, kaya dapat just right lang un timing 😊

Perfect . One thing I would probably do is spread a little oil or butter on the wrapper to avoid sticking 👍
in my experience after about 4 or so days room temperature, the outer will solidify naturally so no problem with the sticking part 🙂
