I totally thought “no chaturanga” would be code for chill, low-key practice…well I was certainly surprised by a sweatier than expected flow. There was such strength and power in the holds and the mental challenge of your creativity not knowing what would come next. This was seriously genius and moving art, so unique to have a more challenging flow without any arm balances/inversions 🤯🧘🏼♀️
