As a kid playing Ratchet and Clank I never really thought much about the game titles. But now after revisiting several of their games....damn the developers were up to something

The Cloyster and Onix Easter egg is actually a bit of a running gag in the Pokemon franchise. Even in Pokemon Red and Blue, if you look around the waters of Cinnabar island you'll find a duo team with the exact same loadout. If anything, it goes to show that Nintendo knows exactly what they're doing lol.
Red and blue didn't have duo battles.

Jake's game reviews are lacking in quality, the hair shows it. I'm not really ragging on Jake's Friday video because those are free form and I like them. Falcon's videos are at least well thought out and scripted.

Fun fact: the original name for Ratchet and Clank into the Nexus was suppose to be "into the Nethers" but they ended up changing it.
Relatedly, I think the original title for "A Crack in Time" was pitched as "Clock Blockers", but clearly that got shot down.
They didn't get away with that, but they got away with "Up Your Arsenal"? Love it.

A couple of favorite dirty jokes from Pokemon are the bikini clad woman saying “where I do keep my poke balls, woman’s secret!” Or something along those lines, and also in one of the recent games there’s a hiker looking guy in an alley that sells weed based healing items.

Finding random toasters in bathtubs in the commonwealth gives me a chuckle.
What about all skeletons posed in sexual positions all over the commonwealth. Two come to mind directly and it is 2 female skeletons placed in 69 position on bed roll or the male and famel skeleton in a office, where the male sit infront of a desk on chair and the female is under the desk with her face in his crotch.

I think the actual joke behind the DMC hand is that they want you to think it dirty but it is actually just a massage thing.

Fun Fact! In Splatoon 2 in one of the night town missions there’s an advertisement hidden behind a reflective screen that you can only see through from certain angles (I saw it by accident and then spent an hour fiddling with my camera to try and see what I saw again) and it’s an orange or red haired inkling girl in nothing but a white tank top pulling the bottom down in a suggestive manner giving bedroom eyes while licking her lips.

As you mentioned Crash already: in Crash Tag Team Racing, there's whole Die-O-Rama with scenes of Crash getting killed in various situations, which is designed to have some hidden meaning or just to be funny. One of them can be unlocked in the Space-themed location. It is called "Crushed by Uranus"... That's it... That's the joke.

I remember as a kid I asked what “innuendo” meant when I saw it as part of a reason for the MPAA rating, and if anyone doesn’t understand what it means this video has great examples; basically jokes that go over kids heads so that the parents can enjoy with them. It’s same concept with really good kid films - particularly animated - they are usually still enjoyable as you get older.
I love how Pokemon doesn't even need to say anything filthy to make a filthy easter egg.
The metal gear solid series might have some of the most horny Easter Eggs in all of gaming. I think literally every metal gear game has at least one dirty book you can read and the game actually acknowledges it and calls you a degenerate pervert.

If want another one, pwi (perfect worlds international) (PC MMO) has an instance you run at 69 which has two bosses Damned Gaurnob and Cenequus Polearm, and they so hard originally most endgame players refused to run it xD (though gear grade and passives have improved since 2013, so they are easy now)

Number 5... my friends thought I was crazy, but there are SO MANY of those in the Mario Galaxy games. Just dix. Everywhere. Of course once you look for them I'm sure you'll see plenty of incidental ones - but there are way too many for all of them to be an accident.
Idk about number 5. Sometimes design stuff like that does happen by accident. I recall once, playing dominoes where we each had our own train. We all started at the center and ran our trains towards ourselves. Then did a 90 degree turn, so we could have more room for our train. Someone walked in a shouted "What the ^&#* are you doing!!!" It wasn't until then, that we realized we had formed, what in Asia would be called a Manji (which, interestingly, they still use today. Especially on grave stones). I also recall doing a hand drawn electrical schematic on a dry erase board, only to find out later that a portion of the circuit definitely looked bad. Sometimes, stuff like this is truly by accident.
Speaking of asia, someday, you should do an inappropriateness in video games, and focus on games only available in Japan. I'm talking general sale games (not A.O. games). some of that stuff really surprised me when I was there. Though, I fear that video may get demonetized.

The best easter egg ever is carrying around a dead cat through the entire game of Icewind Dale. You lose an inventory slot carrying around a dead cat from the beginning of the game and then one of the last NPCs makes fun of the PC for dragging a dead cat across every act of the game and you get zero XP and no items. Just shame.
This has got to be one of the funniest Gameranx vids I've seen.

The hidden item in Peach's room is her magic staff that controlled her mood swings. In a Gameboy game bowser stools it once and Process Peach spends the whole game switching between 4 moods to get it back from him. In the end, it's not so subtly hinted that the wand helps her by buffing one out. And that your mom might have a wand too.
I thought Fable series was gonna make it into the list. One of my favorites is Mourningwood, but sure there are more.
