Linux to calisthenics pipeline is unironically real.

I mean, uses linux = spends too much time in home
      But yeah, calisthenics is amazing

Love the combination of Linux and calisthenics.
Mentaloutlaw did a good representation of it with “getting jacket for free” video or something like that.
    Literally FOSS gains

I'm an Arch user, and also a gym dude.
If you really care about posture while using a computer, I really suggest buying a split keyboard. the difference in shoulder position is huge. and it is easier to keep a good neck posture also if your chess isn't compressed from typing on a regular keyboard.

One woman agreed to proposal of my Linux fanatic friend to install Ubuntu on her computer and he was very surprised she meant putting him into her bed instead. The jock appearance of him helped, I suppose. He literally intended to install Ubuntu on her computer.

    I love this video.
I used to go to the gym, and when I stopped (I broke my right tibia playing football, and I don't see the point of going to the gym if it's not for my beautiful legs), I sticked to calisthenics. I'm still recovering from the fracture, but that does not stop me from doing push ups, pull ups, rows (I'm trying to find a place where I can do dips, tho), bw triceps extensions and band curls (not that much, but better than nothing, you know).
In the next month I hope I can completely walk again and do some squats and deadlifts. Damn, I love those movements.
It's really sad to see how the majority of the community is depicted like the fat neckbeard, and with a very logical reason. But I think that people who use linux like some kind of challenge, and training is a beautiful challenge. I hope more people watch this video.
If someone has read up to this point, do like he said and don't start with too much for your body. For example, doing like 5 reps (or less, or with hands elevated, everyone starts at a different place) every time you go to the bathroom makes a difference. And little by little, you want to do more, until you actually do a routine.
And finally, there's no shame in where you start. I wasn't able to do a fucking pull up for TWO STRAIGHT YEARS (I also didn't train for it because I wasn't able to do it, so it was like a negative feedback loop where I didn't try pulling movements), but now I'm able to do 10 clean good repetitions (my max being 12 before the fracture). With time, it does not matter where you start, you're gonna get far.
I just reached the 15 minutes and you are on point. Gym rings are the fucking best thing ever.
Fuck yeah, I love long comments.

As a 14yo Debian (Testing) user, I train calisthenics (6x/Week) & I'm Aesthetic like Zyzz (obessly not THAT jacked, yet).
[I even have a six-pack lol]. I started with Pull ups & Push ups. Buying a Pull up bar is the real deal.

Today, man. It's never a better time than today. I started some years ago just doing like 5 push ups after going to the bathroom. Start easy, but start. It really changes your life

100%, just do as many pushups you can do right now, and keep doing that everyday until you want to do more eventually
