The amount of reps I do depends on the workout. For example on weighted dips or weighted pull ups, I try to achieve failure in 6-10 reps. And the muscle fatigue can be solved by a protein rich diet, supplements like magnesium (take before sleep) or L-carnitine (take before or after workout). Btw your body will become better at recovering in a few years of training.💪
