I am not expert at relationships, i am not doctor but the thinking of negative thoughts can lead you into a spiral down and feeling low, i think it best to be aware of these thoughts to slowly try to stop the cycle of negative thinking and chances are you will come out of it ok, it just takes a little time.

My name is Dmitri, i live on the Gold Coast Australia. I remember a tingling sensation i would experience when i was young, as i grew i found i could trigger the experience when i found the right set stimuli like the tone of a person's voice, gentle massage, watching someone focus on a task. This was before video and internet were in the same thought range. Over time i found and experienced many different situations to learn about all the different triggers for ASMR. I translated that experience & combined some innate ability to help people experience it with the high quality studio recordings to bring the highest quality tingles i can.
ASMR is a tingly feeling the commonly felt in the scalp area and often down the back and other parts of the body. ASMS is commonly experienced through a soft spoken or whispering voice, ear to ear sounds or binaural sounds, watching or experience massage, plus a Variety of sounds like tapping crinkle scratching.
Some of the benefits of ASMR might be sleep relaxation reduce stress and anxiety
I specialize in no talking ASMR video's focusing on ASMR sounds, i try to create different video for all the different preferences people have. Some of my role plays are based in fictional characters like Dr Dmitri & Manwelle
I loved watching massage video to experience ASMR so i like to create video to replicate these experiences with other, like head massage, back massage for total body relaxation.
What is ASMR ? A theory
When your cranial nerves receives information in the form of sight, sounds & Senses your brain may process this information as let us say a "trigger" When you cranial nerves find that perfect combination of "Triggers" it activates the full effect of the parasympathetic nervous system almost like a symphony neurons hitting the perfect note as wave after wave of feelings cascades down the nervous system down the spine and to many parts of the body
I believe it may then releases one or more of: oxytocin, acetylcholine, GABA, Serotonin, endorphins directing into the brain and blood stream Instantly relaxing, clearing cortisol, adrenaline and soothes the body.
There is another side effect of this symphony that it puts the brain into a alpha state and after the person falls asleep allows them to access a deeper delta level state during sleep.
This theory idea was put forward to me by a very special person, i believe they have a insight and understanding of ASMR that even i do not have.

ASMR-wise, I'm split pretty evenly.

I love how Dr Dmtiri's role-plays just flow naturally (note his body language/mannerisms and the way he says 'just' a lot) and aren't scripted or overly rehearsed

I used to get the strongest ASMR sensations as a kid when I was getting a haircut. Not from scissors, but from the buzzing of the electric razor. Having the razor be moved close in, and then finally to touch me on the neck would send a wave clear down my back.

Although I love Dmitri, this video makes me incredibly anxious. There was a period in my life where I simply could not sleep without prescription tablets. The thought of someone refusing me a prescription to get desperately needed sleep is upsetting.

For a start. Rx: Go for physical. Pay close attention. Little things like when to be gloved and when to toss them. I'm sure there's a real MD in this audience who would love to give you correct details of checking cranial nerve function and general physical. I'm not dissing at all. I've been a follower for years. Just trying to make yourself be more believable to the part of your audience who know the difference, and more so to everyone. And I get stuck on the first thing when you walk in wrinkled. Wouldn't happen that way. Thanks - I love what you do, and your passion for it. Role playing either works, or the bubble gets popped by something not quite right. Peace.

at the start of the video I just kept answering Dr. Dmitri's questions in my mind like "yeah I'm really achy all the time every muscle in my body is screaming for help and I wish to commit seppuku... yeah I haven't been able to sleep in a long time soooo.... some help for that sounds great and preferably the eternal sleep so euthanasia sounds like the best option right" and it kinda sounded both serious and sarcastic at the same time

I really did have a separation with a beloved one a few months back, and I still am somewhat bothered by it today. I was truly amazed and shocked when that part was mentioned in this video about the subject similar to my issues, it's as if the video read my mind. What are the chances? It's probably natural and common, but very well done~ it really lift a weight off of me by helping me think of more positive things. Whenever you upload any role play, I can't help but chuckle a little bit. I don't know what it is, but just the way you deliver and how you do certain things makes me realize how weird it must feel to make an asmr role play. But hey, I love them, keep them comin.
Love this video, it's actually something I've been going through recently. I've been on an intensive course and I've found it difficult to shut down and sleep due to a busy mind and heightened stress and anxiety. I tried some natural remedies, but ASMR always helps :-) Thank you Dimitri!

3 methods to help with ads
Method 1
1. Get AdBlock
Method 2
1. Mute the video before it starts (or mute your master volume)
2. If there are no ads, put it back to desired volume.
3. If there are ads, wait until the ad is over then put back to desired volume.
4. Just to be safe, check if there are any yellow marks on the duration bar. If there are any, that means you're going to get ads in the middle of the video. The only solution for this is:
Method 3
1. Download the video! You can watch it without wifi and without ads!
