My dad died last year while I was his caregiver..He was my best friend.. Your asmr helped me sleep at night. when I couldn't stop thinking about it. To get some sleep. It was pure hell. Thank you so much for being around to help. even if you didn't know it :")
There's also an older one you did where there were positive affirmations towards the middle. I listen to it still. It was in inaudible whispers playlist.. "there's always someone who will love you" "so dont think of yourself in a bad position,(there's people that don't have what you have) there are people who love you, tell them you love them." ❤

Thanks so much friend. Yeah, they suck major initially until you get to grips with your situation . The worst part is the start of it, when you think that you are losing it. It is just how our body and psyche manifests our innermost fears, grief and anguish. Now I am finally getting back to my normal flow of things, doing well at my job and pursuing other passions in my private life.

I lost a close friend to a brain aneurysm, a distant friend to suicide a few days later and then a family member to suicide a month later last year. loss is awful, for lack of another more eloquent description. I hope you are finding your own healthy way to walk through grief and that the panic attacks are going away. I have found walks and ASMR to help...

A lot of people are in constant competition with everyone and everything around them. They have to be ahead of everyone and that's reason for there life. My own goal is to live in peace. I want to be able to wake up every day happy. And in A lot of ways I'm achieving it. My life has been described by some of my close friends as a endless nightmare. To me it's just life. But about a little over a year ago I discovered you and asmr. And I have to say that you have helped me get away from a lot of that nightmare and I wanted to say thank you. I've learned about asmr by viewing one of your videos and it has led me to other ways to calm my soul and love in peace. For me that's probably one of the greatest gifts I have ever received and I try to pass it on in hopes that it will help others. Again thank you very much

Thank you so much. The idea of having being in control of your bus really helped me with a self realization right now. I've battled horrible anxious issues for years now, and I realized it's because a few years ago I let the frustrated and tense person take the wheel while the real me set back. I'm rambling but the way you worded this seriously just helped me grasp allot better. I think a huge part came from grief within myself after losing my father in front of me when I was 17. He was a huge inspiration motivator for me, with him gone I've felt a huge sense frustration and anger for a long time. Got so bad at one point that that version of me wrecked my damn bus and just left me in the ditch. That's how it's felt. Thank you so much for this video.

Thank you so much, there has been so much grief in my life lately, from loss of beloved pets, severe chronic ill health ( which is also a loss and grief for the old healthy body ) and built up grief over the loss of most of my family. Also so much stress and negative energy from a few individuals that make life a touch challenging. This is helpful, just to hear your words. Thank you for all the help and light you put into this world.

I deal with bipolar depression all my life, nothing I've done can help but I fear talking to people. You mentioned talking to a stranger, and if its okay I'd like to hear more about this from you. I had just recently tried to take my own life, I tried to overdose, and I don't regret it because I have no one that cares. I was about to try again but I saw this video and thought If I could talk to you more about this, I think that might help me a little with trying to talk to a professional. I don't want professional help, I just want to talk to somebody like you.
