Night Rydah imagine my feelings when I realized that it's been more than 2 years i fall asleep listening to his videos, especially Dr. Dmitri ones. Sometimes it amazes me, sometimes it even scares me in some kind of way
uve helped me thru some tuff times. i have cervical disk problems, and from that a lot of pain , nausea and insomnia. uve helped me sleep/relax when it seemed impossible. appreciate u and what u do.
This is the first time any ASMR video has had the right "breath in/out" speed for me. Most are too quick/slow and it makes me less relaxed. This was PERFECT
I can't believe it has taken me this long to send something like this, but your videos have been responsible for sending me to sleep for the last two years. Prior to finding out about ASMR and this channel, I used to sleep terribly, and it was effecting all aspects of my life. After the medication denial part, listening to what you had to say about going outside and really living, I got really annoyed at my inactivity, so I got up, had a nice run, came back and did some yoga, had a nice lunch, washed it down with a green smoothie, now i'm back to finish the video. Thank you so much for that much needed motivation, time to relax, and I'm determined to have a walk this afternoon! thank you
I'm on both antidepressant and anti-anxiety medication. I'm ALSO in therapy. Psychiatric problems sometimes require both to be adequately treated. However, I strongly suggest not turning medication away if your depression or anxiety symptoms are interfering with your life.
Deal with the root cause and you wont need the crutches. The crutches actually lead to more dysfunction. I know from personal experience. Thanks for sharing. ; )

He talked in a past video about how his son is Autistic, and he talks about healthy ways to treat it like eating certain diets and supplements and to me he seems like a person that denies most medical research because it hasn't helped his son. I want to be nice, but his proseletizing to people about how terrible medication is for you really makes me incredibly angry. Just drinking filtered water and looking at a tree won't help you
I really liked this video and found it relaxing aside from the medication part. I have depression, anxiety, and PTSD, and I absolutely do need medicine to feel okay. A healthy lifestyle and even talk therapy without medicine are not enough for me to feel alright. I know that everyone is different, but that part felt invalidating to me because it reminded me of painful doctor visits in the past.

Normally I wCongratulations Dr. Dmitri, you are the first person to give me tingles from a Doctor Role-Play and you did great!
My 4 month old daughter loves Dr. Dmitri. When I put these videos on, she smiles at the screen as her eyes get heavy. She continues smiling until she falls asleep.
I have expetienced that sensation a couple of times when hearing a persons voice and my eye doctor has a calming soothing manner. Its only happened a couple of times in my 50 years on earth but I definitely remember those times

As someone whose life was partially saved by medication, consult a professional if you have the opportunity. The goal of most therapeutic approaches is to utilize antidepressants/sleeping aids in order to stabilize the patient so he can actively pursue his path towards betterment. It does not matter how much you want to reorganize your life if you sleep three hours a night no matter what. Chances are you're going to ruin yourself by working towards impossible standards.
i really like your videos especially the medical videos its helpful when i talk to my doctor i have ear and sinus issues noone can find out why its very discomforting so this helps thanks
I think it's important to remember that treating the root cause and taking medicine are not a dichotomy. For some people, taking medicine can be a step that returns to them to a level of normal function-working through the root causes of problems might be impossible without the reprieve medication can provide. Just food for thought. That said, thank you for making this video! Your content is among my favorites and never fails to relax.
