Tough call. The Himalayan Sea salt has a very interesting background but overall taste and appeal goes to the Celtic Sea Salt. The taste, color and texture is great all the way around. I have more of it around so I eat more of it.
Ok here in france we call it "fleur de sel de Guerande or Noirmoutiers's we also have grey salt.. or marine coarse salt " gros sel ".each has a different taste and use...but nothing celtic for sure as they re long gone now ^^

Hypothyroidism is caused by iodine deficiency so no. Bad advice.
Celtic salt will balance hypothyroid. Also consider waking up to sunlight and bringing your vit d levels.

So the Salt comes from France, and not IRELAND! 🤦🏻♂️
