I just got married last year, and I've noticed that it's easy to get stuck in a routine of pointing out what each person does wrong everyday. It's true that when you keep pointing out the faults in someone, he/she will stop trying to be the best partner possible. Praise and encouragement work better than belittling and complaining.
This should be required listening at least once a month for us women.

Yeah my husband claims to LOVE the Lord ..and believes he's forgiven all the time ..and he still cheats ...I guess when he's done his " "thing " ..he must say thanks God for you forever forgiveness !!! What the hell is that all about !!!?? Yeah , I know how many times does Good forgive ...70 times 70 !!? every day !?? So he can do what ever he wants !!!

Confront him in love and allow God to change his heart as the enforcer
Be a partner
Don't punish him
Pray and ask God to change your heart
Honor him and treat him on the level he should be on
He rises to the level of your honor
Believe in him
Focus on strengths
Stop the accuser
He hates relationship
Take your thoughts captive
Praise is against the devil
It stops depression and oppression

There is a payoff

Reading the comments to this video and also the ones giving instruction to men , many women refuse to receive instruction but always want to tell the men to “listen up “.

Well that's good to hear on my wedding day my " new" husband jumped me and held me down while he pulled my fingers backward , screaming , " take it back , take it back "!!
I only had said " you know I think ".... And he was in me !! He latter told me he " thought I was going to agree with something his best friend had just said ...but that was over thirty years later !! That was my honey moon !! It was over , after , and ever sense , he feels he can jump me and hurt me if I don't agree with anything he says !! He claims he sorry , but he's still the same , I have no were to go , and nothing to go with !! When I work he takes the check puts it in his bank account , and says when I make more money then he does , I can say something about what happens to the money !!

Afraid both people have to want to change give it ago. It can't be one person . I did it for eight years. I was treated like a doormat, totally ignored. I went to counsellor after my divorce from. As I found out ten years of my marriage he was with some one else and had a child with her. The counsellor told me , you still have your ex husband on a pedestal, why?? I stopped . You cannot have a good marriage when it is only one person putting in the effort. Eventually you will get divorced unless the partner changes finally . Mind couldn't care less .
If he is a godly man, he will elevate WITH YOU ALONG SIDE HIM. If he is ungodly.. he will elevate without you and leave you behind.

I loved this short encouragment. For me when he talked about saying "well u know what I think, now I hope u will respect me." Or something like that. Lol but I always try to keep pushing my point until I feels like he gets it. That is so much less stress and arguing just to use that phrase. Thanks. Everything else was great too!

What does mean to honor your husband? I take care of everything at home, paying bills, paperwork, cleaning, cooking, translate, interpret, accept the decisions of my husband, stand by him even when he's wrong, but he still says I don't respect him. I have no idea what else I'm supposed to do. I have told him I don't understand him, to please tell me what exactly is he talking about.

SUBMISSION
As I looked at a woman(Lawyer), I discovered she was married to a carpenter. Looking at the woman (Lawyer), I discovered she was too PROUD of her title and not only that, she is even arrogant before her husband. Looking at such marriage, I discovered it will not stand the test of time. As I looked at a Pastor, I discovered he has a wife that never opens her mouth to utter a WORD(derogatory) and as such, the man was so pleased. As I looked at another Pastor, I discovered he married his wife out of BEAUTY(false) and as a result , did not wait to hear from God if the woman is truly his wife(mystery) or not. Now, looking at the fall of man at the GARDEN of EDEN, I discovered the original PLANS(mystery) of God was for the TWO to live forever in the body of the FLESH through his anointing but because of DISOBEDIENCE, they were meant to LIVE for a TIME (mystery) and a TIME (mystery of mystery) in the FLESH before they will now LIVE forever either happily or not in the soul state. Now before the FALL, woman was equal to the man in all things except ONE THING. What is the thing? What is the thing? Yes, a woman is never, never considered EQUAL with her husband before God but as man fell at the garden, it became even more. Yes, a man is tied to the LAW of God and a woman is tied to the LAW of the man provided she is married to the man. But once the man dies, the woman is no longer TIED(mystery) to the LAW of the man but to another LAW! What law is that ? What law is that? A widow is either tied to the law of Christ if she is a born again or the law of the devil if she is a sinner. Now, talking about a woman being submissive, husband and wife are ONE FLESH but two different SPIRITS living under the same roof. If the spirit of the woman succumb to the spirit of the man, the woman will see herself being SUBMISSIVE but if the spirit of the woman does not succumb to the spirit of the man, the woman will see herself being ARROGANT. Now talking about the SUBMISSIVENESS of the man, it will be by the GRACE of God , seeing the man is truly the HEAD of the woman. A woman wants to put on TROUSERS and the husband shouted at her if she is an HARLOT, now if grace is not given to the woman to restrain herself , the devil might put bitter words into her heart to speak to the husband and when she does, the man might be TEMPTED to do the otherwise if heaven does not release GRACE on the man. Now talking about SUBMISSION, men are the might of God on earth. Writing that, a woman quickly looked at me and was angry. Why looking at me(Writer) that way? Why looking at me that way? Yes, you wrote that men are the might of God, why that? Yes, the God (Jehovah) that created heaven and earth is neither a man nor a woman but he is in the FORM of the FIRST CREATURE - ADAM. On writing that, she quickly shouted "JESUS"! Yes, men are the might of God and the devil knows that too. He(devil) can only CAPTURE a man(might of God) through a woman. Once Eve was captured at the garden of Eden, it was easy to CHAIN(Capture) the man (might of God). Now, still talking about SUBMISSIVENESS, it is not easy for a man and a woman under a ROOF not to have QUARREL, yes, they are not corpse but human hence there will be quarrel but the ability to settle it AMICABLY matters. Now it is not for a WOMAN to stand on her DECISION which her husband OBJECTS to, but for her to use for womanistic behavior to make her husband SUBMIT(MYSTERY) to her decision. What is the womanistic behavior? What is the womanistic behavior? Yes, God in his INFINITE WISDOM has given women power upon the bed. Ability to sweet - talk your husband upon the bed on a matter that he disagreed on. Now once she touches her husband in LOVE and womanistically lowers her VOICE(enticing) and remind the husband on the NEED(mystery ) to accept her own DECISION and God gives the husband grace to ACCEPT upon the bed, that settles it but if upon that bed, the MAN(MIGHT OF GOD) SAYS NO!!! HEAVEN WILL STAMP IT AND IF THE WOMAN DOES THE OTHERWISE, SHE WILL NOT JUST INCUR THE WRATH OF THE HUSBAND BUT OF GOD. IT IS FINISHED! IT IS FINISHED!

No you don't. The word instructs women to submit to their husbands as HE submits to the Lord. If the husband is not truly walking with the Lord you do not have to honor him. He must honor the Lord FIRST. The word also tells husbands to "love your wife as Christ loves the church." Meaning he needs to be an example of Christ love. Lastly, it is NOT God's will that anyone be in a marriage in which they are being physically, emotionally threaten.
