    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Man your explanation and demonstration on how to do the exercises has been the best I've seen so far on youtube. I've never worked out before in my life and I'm struggling a lot to get the movements right ... I'm also morbidly obese so my body is no where near the same shape as most people on youtube.. so trying to copy the way they do in the videos never works out .. but from the way you have explained it I feel like I can do the exercises still just have to change the angles a bit or something to account for extra fat in the way in what not. but from what I gather, the most important thing is to keep your upper arms / shoulder as still as possible and only go as far as is comfortable for yourself with the range of motion?

    • @whatsupdude2778
      @whatsupdude2778  2 роки тому +1

      Yes, just do what is comfortable for your range of motion, and as you do the exercises more and more, your range of motion will improve. But always do what works best for you.

    Any tips on how to stretch before doing these workouts ? And for how long ? And if we should do them before or after ? Thank you!

    • @whatsupdude2778
      @whatsupdude2778  3 роки тому +6

      Hello Isaac, the main thing with stretching is to make sure your body is warmed up prior to stretching. You can do it before or after a workout, personally, I do it after I workout because my body is already warmed up. I have a full body stretching video that I will link below. You can do stretches on non-workout days as well, again, just make sure your muscles are warmed up.

      @@whatsupdude2778 Hey I’m not sure if you’ll see this but quick question. Do we do the 3 sets for an exercise then move on to the next exercise, or do we do one set of each exercise then then repeat twice more?

    • @whatsupdude2778
      @whatsupdude2778  3 роки тому +9

      You can do either, but I think its a good plan to do one set of each exercise then repeat twice more. This will really keep you moving and can actually be more efficient.

    I'm quite new to this and have a question about how often i should do each exercise. For example say i start with hammer curls one day, then the following day I do triceps extension and so on going through and doing one of each exercise everyday.

    • @whatsupdude2778
      @whatsupdude2778  5 років тому +4

      Hey Yes Yes, if possible, I would recommend doing all of the exercises on the same day, then take 1 or 2 days off and repeat the routine. But, you could do one exercise each day, if that is all the time you have. It really is about what works best for you, and your schedule. I have a video that I will link below that covers how to set up your own workout routine in a very basic way.
