Couldnt do all these with the only dumbells i have which are 15lb each im going to be trying to do this every day i can until i can do the whole routine to full completion. Been extremely inactive for the last 4 years. Thanks for the guide 💪

I always say been a skinny dude so I decided this year, I build some muscle or at least make myself toned.Is it bad to do 50 reps a exercise?
I’d recommend higher weight (to your comfort lvl of course) & fewer reps if your goal is to build muscle
