7:21 There is something like this. Anaesthetic Awareness. The patient is put under anaesthesia but the mind does not lose consciousness, only control over the body, so while the doctors operate you can feel every bit of pain but can't do anything to alert them about it. You're paralysed.
I have 2 of them!:
1. It was my first night in a cabin in the middle of the woods. At night, there were pictures from weird spirits all over the wall so I covered 'em up with a black blanket.
The morning I woke up to all the windows being covered
2. In the funeral everyone cried so loud.
So loud they didn't hear his screams underground
We went hiking in the woods.
When I heard my husbands muffled screams from across the woods, I knew he found the body.
3:09 they mean that since they're so alone and isolated, no one says their name anymore, so he's technically dead by the second rule

Fact: My daughter died in a car accident when she was 7. Not long after she visited me in a dream. I asked do you know what happened to you? She said, yes so and so died. I said, no baby you died and you're not supposed to be here. She got a sad look in her face and I told her to play for a little while longer. She road her bike in the street with her friends for some time. Then I told her it was time to go. That she had to go back because she didn't belong here. I took her hand and the man that raised her took her other hand. We walked down a path in a meadow into a bright beautiful light and let her go. Now when she visits me she knows she is dead. It's been over a year since she last came to see me. I will never forget that dream. I miss my daughter so much.
So sad. I hope things get better and just know your daughter loves you

as i put my daughter to sleep she asked me to look in her closet for monsters “there isn’t anything there now let’s go say goodnight to mommy”. i figured that was the safest way to get her out of the house, hoping he didn’t realize i saw him.

Next thing I knew I was sitting bolt upright. “It was just a dream” I thought. And just as I read the clock that said “12:06”, I heard the closet door creak open

This is the most terrible two sentence horror story I’ve ever wrote.. I’ll make a better version, here:
