to be honest, if i had an overweight daughter, i would still give her donuts, just a smaller portion, but she is still havjng a donut
@flight oflightning absolutely, that's how it should be! anyone who treats their other kids but not their overweight child and brings them ALL to a dessert shop is just mean. the kid can be a diet but still have a treat here and there. being on a diet and not having something you crave once in a while will gonna make you depressed and more likely to break the diet because you're forcing yourself to diet way too hard.. i feel so sorry for any child actually going thru this 😞

@@444riya That is true. I feel like kids should have some leisure and go to places to eat. I might "inadvertently" drive them to eat healthier without them realizing. But at the same time sometimes we need to enjoy ourselves. I am the type of person to encourage healthy eating, but I wouldn't make someone feel disheartened because of how they are. To be fair a mother who calls their children Nicole and Nicolette is destined to be at least this cruel

There’s nothing wrong with wanting your child to loose weight for health reasons, but you shouldn’t point out insecurities and not feed them.

@@princessazula600 To an extent but as child you eat the food your parents give you and you pick up the habits they teach you. I know this is an act but if a child needs to lose weight, the whole family needs to take part and change their diet too. Your not wrong-
it’s so cute seeing everyone stuck up for her it gives me hope in humanity :)
I understand where the mom is coming from, my cousin is 200 lbs at 7 years old., but my family would never ever tell her she’s fat, or bring her into a doughnut shop but tell her no doughnuts. In our situation we aren’t worried about her physical image, but her health and mobility.
gotta do something about that, cousin is on track to end up on tlc 600 lb life
That is extremely concerning
The way I see it is if your cousin let's say did good in school and got an A's it would not hurt to have a treat cause she earned it. That is why the mom was at the doughnut shop to reward the girls, but its not fair to reward the thin daughter, but not the other daughter when she said she got better grades and she has been healthy all week. Was not fair of the mom. I struggled with weight it can take time. Its all bout monitoring your portions too. If I was that mom yes I would give her 1 doughnut, but that will be her only treat of the day. cause remember kids are still growing too. The mom was sorta right but its not okay to humiliate her daughter and make her feel worse than she already is. She is 8 and who knows she could grow up to be beautiful. The best thing to do is teach kids about portions. I use to be over weight but now i lost 37 pounds. It took me a while but I did it.
than health needs to be expressed and empathized in love.
200 pounds at 7 is straight up abuse

He's the only one not feeding her straight bullshit. He's treating the girl compassionately but respectfully enough to tell her the truth.
@Flightstuff exactly. if this were a real situation, the mom should have stayed away from treating food like a reward altogether and taken them to go bowling or something as a reward for good grades.
I watched a video of a little girl who was at an unhealthy weight and her mom, instead of putting her down or telling her she needs to lose weight just cooked her healthier food and took her exercise at trampoline parks and playgrounds. She didn't even know she was losing weight she was just having fun. That's how it should be
That's the right way to do it! You don't even need to mention anything about their weight, not even say "oh look you have lost weight", because they probably wouldn't notice.
Ofc fat doesn't always equals unhealthy, but if your child is overweight, it's not always on them, it's the parents responsibility to look after them
Yes! Since I was young me along with a lot of kids in my country start sports! It's really fun and we also get to learn how to move our body from a young age, now at 14 I'm really thankful for that
Hell yeah although those things won't necessarily make her lose weight b/c it's more complex then that and wish we focused on health before weight.
@@fleurboisvert8816 but that’s the thing, the mother did focus on health before weight. She enforced healthy eating habits & and active lifestyle, and as a result the daughter lost excess weight. I agree that solely focusing on weight loss is an issue - especially when it comes to kids (why should we even care about what children look like in the first place?) but I don’t think that’s an issue here.
I watched it too!
this honestly comes close to heart. Simply because doing this to an actual child will make them insecure and feel so ashamed of how they are.
That therapist is so good with handling this situation. It’s crazy, she even said she was trying to understand what the mother was thinking. More people need to take in others points of views before judging and criticizing them. And the older man that supports the girls weight loss. Other people almost encourage her body type, but not that man he is honest and tells his personal experiences of having problems with weight, the mom just needs to encourage her in a better way.
If she’s supporting her daughter with a healthy diet that’s good for her, I support that.
If she’s fat shaming her, then that’s wrong.
XxAngel_GachaxX i didn't expect you to be here- i like these kids of social experiments, because i can relate to them in a small or big way. also, i love ur content!
Yeah I agree on that it’s kinda dumb she’s at a donut shop and the girl can’t have a donut if she was supposed to be healthy the mom could of reward her good grades by maybe taking her to a trampoline park or the playground instead and fat shaming that’s really bad I once heard a story about a gymnast who was told she was not thin enough and she became a anorexic basically she stopped eating and it killed her
That girl looks 10 years old. If a child is big at a young age then it’s the parents fault. Supporting a healthy diet and going in a diet are different
Ew gacha

I think it’s important to stop being afraid of these terms. Some people are fat, some people are skinny. There are heathy fat people and unhealthy skinny people. What’s important is being healthy and honest about who we are. When we’re afraid to acknowledge our own and each others’ weights, it creates more stigma. The only thing that would be wrong about someone’s weight is their health, it shouldn’t be seen as an insult to be fat.

@Fit Tall Gay Blond Yes child obesity is a thing and very serious. my mother did this to me my whole life. parents that say things like this to their kids don't know the damage they are doing{or they don't care} to their child and it can affect them for the rest of their lives.
This makes me want a donut rn. Edit: wow! That much likes in two days! That’s a new record!
Agreed 🍩 and 🍪 Cookies. 🤤
Claire Hudson omg same
i work at Dunkin’ Donuts and after watching this I still don’t want a donut reminds me of hell
This made me not want a donut
Claire Hudson Sam we
Oof him telling her she should loose weight when she’s acting
Yeah oof😔
Sarah Chit chat but he didn’t say it in a rude way
@Sarah Chit chat,
*Damn, you sure are a lil’ CUTIE 😍! May I PLEASE pay for your college tuition/student loans (Soon-To-Be Dr.) 😩?*
Ik.....😔😳
Yeah honestly hahaha
If I ever see someone like this to their child, 100% I'd interveen. Mainly to support the kiddo, and to explain to the mum that it's not good to compare their children.
2:46 “Wait what!? What’d you just say?” LOL lil dude was so lost
"She called her fat *to her face.* ".
"Quit body-shaming her about *her Obvious shortcomings.* ".
Umm....Wut?
Lmaoooooo
STOP Morbidly OBESE SHAMING LOL
Mums life being fat means u eat bare shit and don't exercise and people out here saying stop fat shaming🤣🙈 smh
Pierre even if they don't, it doesn't mean you can give people body issues because you think it's funny
At least it you know, not saying FAT
New scenario: Mum forces daughter to apply to be the fat kid on WWYD
Holly Ellis i died reading this
Yeet. Doubt that happened but lol
Let's see how people would react
Nobody forced her she maybe gained weight for the role most professional actors/'actresses do.
“Her obvious shortcomings” 😂😂 Is my man trying to help her or roast her
6:33
My dudes really just worried about the mom's😂
those lady’s are the sweetest people.. like that one lady that gave her a donut, she’s is so sweet
I agreed she really nice
Personally I prefer the tattooed guy because he really gave the mom a piece of his mind
What’s the time stamp for that moment?
@@laynielenz2k 4:07
@@Rhizzly agreed..
The first Lady was so nice. She wasn’t attacking the lady yet she made her point.
Exactly! It's all about moderation! If she's been eating healthy all week and working out, there's no reason why she can't have at least ONE donut (not a whole box) at least once in a while.
Ur pfp om
@@amylee8969 I know but even if she didn’t work out or eating healthy then she should still have lne
“Hi! I am John Quinones, and this is what you would do?”
You know the actors are good when they piss u off real bad
Mom is trying to make her daughter healthier, but the way she does it is wrong.
Yes she shouldn’t be fat Shame her but she definitely should encourage her in losing weight in a nice way
Yeah being overweight is not just about look. Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, even cancer risk goes up for obese people. Not to mention the bully a "big girl" might get at school. But seriously you don't bring your kids to a donut shop and only have one of them getting the sweet unless the child herself chose not to get the donut.
The real parents are the ones responsible for the girls weight. If a kid is becoming a lard o then they are consuming more calories than they are burning. Don't let them do that. Problem solved.
If I Had A Mother Like That And A Father Like That I Would Probably Constantly Push Them Out Of My Life And Go Find A Better Suited Place For Myself To Live Where I Have The Freedom To Eat Whatever I Want Or Choose To Eat
If she wants her to be healthier just limit her sugar and make sure she stays active
“Yum I want the Oreo” hahaha 🤣🤣🤣
LMFAOOOO she went straight to the point💀💀
The first woman’s was unexpected but set a really good example for me. She didn’t yell or go, “What’s wrong with you?” She don’t shame her. She was calm and collected. I respect that.
If I was Nicole I would burst out crying even in acting
This was done to me about the age of 7-8 years old , I was put on the diet, while my brother and rest of my family had icecream ,cookies ext.. after years of always being told I was fat and chubby I developed an eating disorder when I was 12, which still now at 38 years old I struggle with each and every day and also led to so many other issues. Ppl think if they call out the obvious that it’ll all of a sudden make the other person change ..: not how to do it.
Rather than saying 'be thinner' she should have said 'be healthier'. That would have had better responses.
Bro my last name denny
Nigga nigga donut
nvm no bbq
What even is this comment chain-
Nigga shouldn't eat doughnuts
the guy with the mustache said it plainly. Why would you even bring her to a donut shop and then tell her she can't have one? While she sits there watching her sister eat one. And yes I know it's fake but some parents really do this kind of mess and it's ugly.
Exactly what I was thinking, well said help your child's health but dont be bogus af about it
“I know honey but it’s not showing”after that I almost died negl ahahahaha
This show is a comedy goldmine 😂
