    I wish you had also tried it on some freshly popped popcorn, that would have been the ultimate test. Thanks.

    Interesting something that I am hopeful for. But to be honest I am losing the taste for table salt, and I am starting to taste what natural foods really taste like. And realize that I like most foods without salt

    Thanks for the informations! We koreans used to eat that kind of salt. We have salicornia everywhere near incheon. I just bought 10kg of green salt before Japan releases nuclear water. Haha😂 in korea green salt means tea salt, hamcho(鹹草,glasswort) salt is this kind of green salt.i love it.

    Thank you for this! I have an unhealthy obsession with salt. If my food ain't crunchin', it ain't salted! I know this isn't good for me, but I haven't found a suitable substitute. I'll be ordering this asap.

      I agree with you - I love the crunch salt crystals add to certain foods. But this is a great way to lower your sodium and use less of that salt. So you can still add a little for the crunch and use something like this to give extra flavor. Thanks so much for watching!

    It works really well in any recipie needing tomatoes or tomato sauce! I buy the no salt added crushed tomatoes and then use the green salt. Sprinkle on caprese salad. No crunch, but the low sodium trade off works for me.

    I have never heard of green salt before. You learn something new everyday. Where in Canada can it be purchased?

    I love this product! I have to watch my sodium, and this is such a great product to add some flavor. Anyone who has a kidney issue knows that the land of the bland is often very boring. This adds that flavor back without the sodium! The bag lasts a long time, too!

    Potassium and phosphorus؟

    • @thecookingdoc
      @thecookingdoc  Рік тому +1

      Wafaa the potassium level is low - only 10mg for every 1.5g of green salt. You can reach out to the company about the phosphorus content, but I would imagine it would also be low.
