born and raised in wisconsin and we do love our cheese curds i have them every time we go out to dinner as a appetizer and now since i got a blackstone i will be making a ton of them.
Those look excellent Todd! Never tried to deep fry on the Blackstone yet, but definitely going to try this with some cheese curds!. Awesome stuff as always. Cheers to you and your family as always
Those look great Todd - I did grow up with curds and still love them today (Pro Tip: They particularly good eaten together with salted cashews - trust me!) I usually crank heat up to full 2-3 minutes before introducing anything to pan fry, and then back off as it gets going.
From the PNW, I've never heard of Cheese Curds until a work trip to the midwest a few years ago... so good. I need to try this on my Blackstone, just need to find the curds.
As a Canadian, I most associate cheese curds with poutine. That's a great twist on the use of cheese curds. I even think a tomato based sauce would be great with those deep fried cheese curds. They look great. I saw the steam coming off of them. Hope you have a Merry Christmas. Cheers, Todd and God Bless! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
Squeaky cheese!!!!! They squeak so good when they're fresh, made that day, and room temperature! Nothing like fresh cheese curds in a Wisconsin townie bar.
LOL!!!!! These were so nice! The price was right too. Way cheaper than other places. Right there at the dairy only about $3.99 a pound!!! In this economy. Merry Christmas!!
I might have to take your word on that one and let you enjoy it!!! I like caramel. I like cheese curds but I'm hesitant to dip in!! :) Merry Christmas!

I'm also up in the PNW and I agree... we need to find these cheese curds and give this a shot 😋 😊

Cheese Curds look tasty with the sauce makes even better. Great recipe Todd.
You’re right about cheese curds not being known well in NW PA. I think I first had them out near Lancaster, so dairy country.
Fantastic squeaky cheese! Those fried up perfectly! Nice tip to semi-freeze first👍😊
Thanks, Bobbi! I hope you have a great weekend!

Get your curds fresh from Wisconsin! They’re messy to cook but well worth it. Fry them hot and fast so they don’t start oozing out during the cook.
Awesome
Man those look bomb diggity good.
Thanks, brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice on Todd!!
Yep, Miller High Life is highly carbonated.
Ohhhhhh cheese curds!!

I feel like I've been lied to my whole life now 😂 around here our cheese curds are tiny compared to those monsters!
