      Flammefaen maybe for casual lifters. 200 should be doable for most within a couple years of training. Took me less than two years.

      To be an elite athlete You have to have that mindset, Thor trains his ass off every day in the gym and put his whole body thru hell for preparation (eating insane amount of food, steroids,etc) and he does all this just to shine one day or two in a year (wsm, Arnold)

      By no means I want to devalue that but you can see how smooth the bag came to fly. it didn't have too much momentum and Thor's dad basically "just" had to hold his hand open and let the bag smoothly drop into his arms while moving with it.

    I'm relatively new to lifting, but totally agree with what you're saying in regards to treating all reps with respect regardless of weight...
    I've found this jumped my max reps up a notch since it's reinforcing muscle memory and warming me up properly...

    All the eerie creaking when he was doing the deadlifts, I kept waiting for something to break. It was unsettling.
