I mean no disrespect to the gentlemen in this competition, but Thor always seems so much more focused throughout the year while training. Brian Shaw comes across as doing the business of weight lifting, but Bjornson is in the battle of weight lifting. That's why I think he'll smash WSM 2019

Absolute Beast
I went years without training shoulders seriously due to an injury from sports. Watching Thor train log and with instruction from some of the great online trainer UA-camrs, I've rehabbed my shoulder (ongoing) and now press without pain and loving the gains I see. I enjoy training again. You guys inspire the hell out of us. Thanks. Watch, learn and set your own personal goals. Seeing the pros online is a game changer.
