Hi great video!! I'm having a problem and I want to know if you know how can I fix it. Brand new Crane 4. Charged at home, once fully charged when I unplugged the USB-C the screen won't stop showing the battery icon, never turns off. Even when I power on the unit it shows like it's still charging.
Updated to the latest firmware and it does the same thing. Zhiyun support told me via Facebook that it could be a hardware problem with the unit so I got another unit from the retailer, same problem.

Seems like the internal issue. Suggest to contact the store and ask for testing before sending out.

@@SharrodVisuals Did exactly that, the store gave me a new product that worked for me two times and then stopped charging again. The issue is not fixed even after testing 4 new devices. Honestly don't know what to do.
