Greetings fellow Primus fan, just a quick note on that updated Punchbowl cover art-- that image of the "Captain Shiner" boat toy floating in the punchbowl isn't exactly new, in fact if you look inside the original CD lyrics booklet you'll find the exact same image grouped with a few pictures of it from different angles. According to Les, that's the image he had always wished they'd used for the official album cover. And now his wish has finally come true! Honestly both that and the original CD art work better for the album cover than the three guys in penguin suits on the iceberg (which was used for the original vinyl release. Although it does make a great poster!)
I am gonna see them November 9th,2019,Madison square garden.i live for this fun bands.very cool.i never saw them, and I will in my home town venue.the venue where I saw so many bands.😀👍💡☕️
Great collection! I don't understand why they don't reissue "Suck On This" on vinyl. I also have it on CD (second pressing), but I really want the wax version. They reissued practically their entire catalog on vinyl but not this. Why??
Primus was big when I was in college - I always respected them but never really listened to them... Now I'm in a different place, but I always respected Les - still can't get into Delirium, either, but really appreciate the spirit. I think it is also because Ween is the ying to Primus's yang, and I'm all about Ween. Great collection and history, Bill!
In the days of Winamp, in the drop down menu for the type of music, there was many types of music. From rock to new age. And there was Primus as an option. That says a lot.
Great collection, man. I have a colored vinyl copy of pork soda, they pressed pork soda on brown vinyl and the brown album on orange vinyl. I guess someone made a big mistake there. Anyway, it sounds great.
Love Primus, one of my favourite bands and you have a great collection.

I must have know you were cooking this up because I was listening to all my Primus yesterday and will continue today.

Fantastic collection, Bill! Thanks for sharing!
I own the gatefold Brown Album as well. The Brown Album, in all its dirty analog glory, is perfect for vinyl, and the pressing sounds phenomenal!
I didn’t know that there was another PRIMUS fan like me here in the VC.
I'm pretty happy seeing another dedicated fan as me. I still don't have any Primus CD, but I'm sure I will get one soon.

Suck On This is not an Interscope title, Les owns it. It came out on CD as a reissue, but who knows if and when it will come out again.
Suck on this now has an rsd release and after that they are regular repressing it.
Thank god.
