The nomadiQ Portable BBQ is a fantastic BBQ perfect for any adventure whether it be camping, 4WDing or a family picnic. It is made from aluminium die cast and is super light weighing 5.6kg compared to other baby BBQ's on the market which range between 11-14kg. It has a unique folding design and comes with a handy carry strap to take anywhere.
The nomadiQ is the first of its kind to combine a smart portable design with a big grilling surface, and the comfort of grilling at home. Ceramic coated cooking grills are non-stick, rust resistant, dishwasher safe and easily removed. Easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store!
The nomadiQ works on gas and it can reach and incredible 325 degrees on both griddles in only 2-3 minutes. It has 2 separate burners complete with individual temperature controls for each grilling side. Sear on one side and slow cook on the other! what is great about this BBQ is its large cooking surface area yet when packed down it is so compact measuring 36cm×40cm×15cm.
The gas fitting the nomadiQ comes with is suitable for propane disposable cartridges which are perfect for picnics and short camping trips particularly when wanting to travel light, however you can invest in hose fittings for 2 different types of gas bottles (POL or 3/8 L/H fitting) for the longer camping trips or for use at home.
To use the nomadiQ is so easy, simply turn the feet out to stabalise the unit, unlock the twist knobs at either side, lift the handle slightly, flip the nomadiQ grill plates open then plug your gas fitting in and you are ready to start cooking!
You can purchase a neoprene case to protect the diecast coating and a flat grill plate for bacon and eggs and pancakes etc and you can use other cooking equipment such as frying pans on the BBQs grill plates.
