Shilajit is not Russian, Shilajit is an Indian Sanskrit term which means the one who conquered a mighty cliff. It is also found in Russia and Mongolia but it is not particularly a Russian thing. Shilajit is mostly found in the Himalayan regions, and the most purest Shilajit comes from Kashmir. And Russian government have banned the export on Shilajit because the production of Shilajit is very low in Russia, and not because Russian Shilajit is the best in the world. So if someone selling you Russian Shilajit it is most probably a Mongolian or Himalayan Shilajit or it is completely fake. Unless you personally know somebody who smuggled it from Russia.

There is a lot of types of sea moss, a after doing some research from the breakdowns that I looked at I noticed a lot less minerals than alot of people claim, I don't know how much it helps us to have a bunch of minerals if most are like 5 percent of the amount we need every day , some salt has 80 + minerals but eat much salt and you die , I think shelajit has a lot more to offer than just minerals ! think that I'm going to take sea moss and shelajit . Dr Becker at bioinovations has a mineral supplement powder called berry blend that has an impressive quantity of minerals in it , and it tastes great ,

yes but not as bioavailable as fulvic minerals bc these are ionic. they go directly to the cell. I used both and fulvic minerals changed my life in 1 day. I never felt any difference taking seamoss for a month.

Find any place that sells mumiyo (Russian word for shilajit), from the altai mountains. Sometimes it's called Siberian shilajit, they're usually more affordable and not fake, most are refined and tested. Good luck
