I love the plywood floors. This is the second time ive seen this. Can't go wrong with any bay area house. East bay I'm guessing.

Is there anything you would redesign or add if you had a chance to do it all over?
great question. If I had to change anything, it would be the cabinets. Custom cabinets would have made things more special
