I've never commented on UA-cam, but I felt I must come off mute for this one. I worked with Liam and never seen anyone as punctual, discilplined, well spoken, hardworking, meticulous, brilliant multi-talented GC as Liam, with skills ranging from electrician to plumbing to designing what not. I would hire him in a heartbeat for all my future projects and I consider myself lucky to have him on my renos. Thank you Liam for everything. I wish you great success.
I spent 25 years doing construction before going to college and changing my career in my 40's. First let me say I'm really impressed with your forethought and attention to detail. Clearly you are an exceptional mechanic in several trades. Not bringing in subs and yet doing everything to a high standard impressed me. But I have to add that I grew up in a family with a modest income in a region of the US known for thrift. The saying I learned as a child was, "Fix it up, wear it out, make it do or do without." My forebears would have seen this as a frivolous expense. The previous bathroom was well built and in excellent repair. They would have thought it insane to spend $15,000 simply to change the decor to something more modern. So I bristled at your comment about the 5 people with flat brains not seeing the need to renovate. There was no need, there was a want to renovate. I once told my Dad I needed a certain item. Can't remember if it was a toy or new tennis shoes or what. He replied, "You need food, clothing, air, water and shelter. Everything else is a want." Your client had the extra income and the desire to change this bathroom, that's all well and good. But not need to run down those who aren't as fortunate and who don't have the urge to spend money where it isn't absolutely needed. Aside from that, you could work at my house anytime. Top notch all the way across the board.
Thank you so much! It was mostly a joke, not meant to be taken too seriously. Although it was also a point against those that feel the need to comment insulting my clients tastes/how they spend their money

The original bathroom was definitely dated, however, the original tiles in my opinion were a really pretty colour and the first owners could have maybe designed them a bit different. The floors being the same colour as the tub surround was a lot to look at. The after though is absolutely stunning!! Great work!
This is gorgeous. I agree with your reasons for doing things the way you do. When I remodel my bathroom I'm going to love replacing the tiny octagonal tiles with a huge tile. I loved the way you did the shower floor. And as someone who messed up my knees from not taking care of them I highly highly recommend taking care of your back (and knees too). Osteoarthritis sucks! I discovered I had it when I was 33. And it only gets worse. Ok I'm done being a mom. Lol. I will say the idea of a heated floor sounds great but I'm in Florida. The floor is always kind of warm. Haha
@@WorkinwithWolkon Well enjoy them while you have them! Haha. You truly are an amazing contractor and much more. Completed my bathroom remodel recently, and I absolutely love how it turned out, even though things that were suggested by the installer and what I asked for, I didn't get. I also have to remove and redo some caulking/silicone around the shower doors due to leaking. Wish you were in my Northern CA area to do my kitchen. I'd hire you in a heartbeat. The word used by your viewers, meticulous, is right on point which highlights your quality of workmanship. Loved watching the video bathroom transformation. Beautiful work done.
This is absolutely beautiful. I’m redoing my bathroom & i picked out similar tiles with black accessories toilet vanity etc. can’t wait for final product. Well done 🙌🏽💯🔥♥️
I like many of the finished products, planning to fix the bathroom that was just built after losing the condo to a fire, given no options by the construction team. Love the new vanity you installed and the mirror.
This bathroom came out beautifully. I'm impressed at how many different skills you have and the detail of your work. I live in California and in need of a bathroom remodel, but I'm afraid of what it's going to cost. How much did the homeowner pay for this one? Just curious. Thanks
A lot of great work here, my only question would be about the decision to use a glossy tile on the floor. I've found them too be too slippery and stick to matte tiles in bathrooms. Would be interested to hear your thoughts.
Personally I think I’d also prefer a matte tile for my floors but it’s what the homeowners wanted. Realistically it will be fine as there shouldn’t be too much water on the floors but I get what your saying. Definitely have to have something with some grip in the shower though, that I always tell my clients is a must
“Being young, it really came in handy here” This one hit when you said it. It’s real. Don’t take your youth for granted. Stay strong. Stay fit. Workout. This is my first time seeing your video and I am truly inspired.
Just watching this makes me hope that this one job could pay your whole year's worth of bills, obviously not but wow that's a lot of work for one man. This is just the video of the bathroom nevermind the repeated trips to supply houses. Good shit
I'm amazed that you did this by yourself and making it looked effortless. For sure it was not nearly as easy. A lot of skill, knowledge, and brawn go into this. Please be careful when lifting that double sink. Don't want you to throw your back. Love that you follow the veining direction of the tile. Attention to details.
Good to see a young man in the trades. The younger generation is in trouble with no work ethic or skill. This guy is way ahead of his peers. Great video
I appreciate people like this that do good work. Just seeing how many steps goes in, I would never want to do it myself, but I would gladly pay big to have it done with such skill.
Bravo! Bravo! You did very well. Thank you for explaining every step carefully while being honest and truthful about your work, the process, and the products that you used. The word used by your viewers, meticulous, is right on point which highlights your quality of workmanship. Loved watching the video bathroom transformation. Beautiful work done.
What did it used to look like? I’ve always been interested in what past designs looked like.
My man's just casually called all the boomers watching the video smooth brains for their terrible design tastes 🤣
😂😂😂
First time watching your video.....I love love the NEW Bathroom look. Well Done!!!
Well done! This is awesome! I swear I wouldn’t leave this bathroom if it was mine 😊
Another awesome video. I love your style of recording these. I love the fast pace and the voice overs. Just all around awesome job.
Great work! That transformation is beautiful! I am going to try this style in my "small" bathroom redo.
This is how I envisioned my bathroom. Liam, you did it again, absolutely gorgeous!!❤
This is absolutely beautiful. I’m redoing my bathroom & i picked out similar tiles with black accessories toilet vanity etc. can’t wait for final product. Well done 🙌🏽💯🔥♥️
Can you share the details of the accent tile that he used? Where can I buy those?
You did amazingly beautiful, I love the fact that u were so detailed with your video and I love the finishing much more! Good job!
Absolutely gorgeous! Great job, and I love your ability to go that extra mile on some of the details.
Thanks
Description
Man, great video editing/presentation. But the star is truly your skills. I watched in total admiration. What an amazing reno.
Definitely have to have something with some grip in the shower though, that I always tell my clients is a must
16:27 slither looks perfect for an LED strip! Awesome bathroom re-model..
There’s nothing wrong with this bathroom! Why are you re-doing it?
😩😭
Money and dream
Cause someone hired him to it. Lol
What the stupid question!!🙋♀️
having a youtube channel is a smart way to promote your work and attract more customers
The after looks a 3.5 star hotel. The original looks like a home.
“Being young, it really came in handy here”
This one hit when you said it. It’s real. Don’t take your youth for granted. Stay strong. Stay fit. Workout.
This is my first time seeing your video and I am truly inspired.
A little rude eh? I thought that existing bathroom was nice. A little dead as in no pics or color other than the decent tile.
Just watching this makes me hope that this one job could pay your whole year's worth of bills, obviously not but wow that's a lot of work for one man. This is just the video of the bathroom nevermind the repeated trips to supply houses. Good shit
You insulted people by saying that they were born with a smooth brain.
Great video
Original bathroom looked way better
Wow man I'm impressed with your work! You're definitely super talented at what you do at such a young age.
Watches the whole video and was blown away!! Would definitely hire you
I appreciate people like this that do good work. Just seeing how many steps goes in, I would never want to do it myself, but I would gladly pay big to have it done with such skill.
Wow you’re a talented guy! That’s like five or six trades you do there. Amazing
Bravo! Bravo! You did very well. Thank you for explaining every step carefully while being honest and truthful about your work, the process, and the products that you used. It was very informative and well stated; not going overboard. The choice of color and other elements in the overall design was simply gorgeous and stylish.
Oh! You got me bad. I had never made a comment on UA-cam, but I should say that I am happy to hear that you guys are not going anywhere. I have learned a lot from your videos!🎉
Beautiful..... Gifted hands keep up the remarkable work young man
This is awesome. Gotta appreciate this man’s skills
Jesus christ dude you're extremely talented and smart wow dude just Wow! You're something else!
you are a hard working man and you deserve alot of money for this awesome job!!
I like the way he uses his arms and legs to dismantle all the walls, bathtub, ect
This was a superb job. I wish you were in the US, and near me. I want heated floors and that tile job was phenomenal!!
Your work is amazing, you arrogance through it all away thi. Never insults people's views nor the way the like their bathroom models. Have a good one kiddo!
