Please be careful, I was always regular weight, 145-155 for 5'5" then hysterectomy and 75 pounds out of nowhere. Eat almost like a healthy ballerina, cottage cheese, rusks, dry Ryvita's crackers, if you can tolerate rye, it has gluten, sardines or eggs or soaked walnuts/almonds, soaked are easier to digest eat nuts and salad only at noon, as harder to digest at evening meal. Evening meal eat cabbage soup, fish or light dairy like cottage cheese. Seriously consider eating lots more protein , doing very light weights like 1-3 pounds tops 3x a week , walk 6 days out of 7 1 hour very slowly and gently, chop up into 4 walks during 2 hours or more. Buy a trampoline or stationary bike and 15 minutes on 7th day and eliminating all gluten as gluten is inflammatory for up to 30% of population everywhere in the world. For fruit eat lemons, eat the peels in lentil daal, and eat occasionally just 5 raspberries. Take fiber like chia and psyllium husk. Eat celery. Be careful of dairy, only take cheeses or yogurt or goat milk in winter, more digestable than cow's. This is what I do to get down from 225lbs to 199lbs now October 31. Good luck

People don’t understand, they use equipments, it is expensive, the result isn’t good enough. We have to learn how our body functions with natural exercises. 🙏🙏🙏👍👍❤
