- Shoulder Workout Annihilation without any presses. You can still manage to get a juicy shoulder pump without presses if you do enough volume!
Workout:
Side Laterals - 4 sets x 12
Last set drop set - run the rack down. Increments of 10lbs
Front Raises - 4 x 10-15
Barbell Upright Rows - 4 x 10 (heavy)
Rope Cable Face Pulls - 4 x 15
Heavy Dumbbell Shrugs - 5 x Failure (increase weight each set, don’t focus on a number, just go until you can go anymore!)

Big ups to u Seth for bringing attention to men's mental health. As someone who's old school with the rub some dirt on it and get back in there I'm happy to hear u address the fact that as hard of a mf we may be sometimes we all need help. I've always been one that said I will take physical pain over mental pain any day of the week. The strong man will admit that he needs help it is not weak. Think about all of those that u would hurt it u took the easy way out and threw in the towel. As u say put in the work and u can get through this shit and it happens to all of us no matter how much $ u have or how amazing one's life appears on the outside.

Learned many safer ways to train my shoulders throught Seth. I am still training at 57 and shoulders become a issue. Doing shoulders safer/different, I am able to bypass injuries. Ah I'm 51 and I've had 2 surgeries on my right elbow and 1 on my left! They cleaned out bone spurs and calcium build from arthritis! They also move the funny bone nerve over in both elbows so it doesn't rub! 🤣🤣🤣 So now my left elbow flares up every so often and that becomes an extra leg day! I also bro split 6 to 7 days a week! Keep doing what you do! #HWMF

I do shrugs 3 times a week, monday, Wednesday and Saturday. As for shoulders, you inspired me to the point of doing 35kg dumbell lateral raises 🥲

@@stephanreichelt2700 i know... I make sure the back exercises i do is limited to back only... The ones that activate the shrugs i do with shoulders instead... Shoulders literally became the one exercise i love to do... Because of this man... I always struggled with shoulders,
But he had a 3 set powerset tutorial, where you do half reps but heavy... 10 10 10, eg. 35kg, 20kg 10kg. Whereas you hold the 10's up and never fully come down. 4/5 sets of those increased my strength tremendously, they say never judge a book by it's cover... But this man only has covers in his book. He looks the part, and does the part too... 6months... Took me 6months to go from 16kg max lateral raises to 35kg...

My elbow has been giving me hell for a solid month now so no pressing for me. High volume, low weight raises in all imaginable angles and pumps have been good :D
