50yo here been training just over a year after 30 years of putting everything and everyone else a head of my self. Thank you for your video’s. I look at what I train more so as one part at a time
@@Sirgromulus yep, a guy like Seth an IFBB pro has to have many bodybuilding stories and experiences. Would love to hear more of that than just talking motivation an what happened last week haha.

DAMN! The most comprehensive compilation ever for 1/3 of the deltoid. At 61 I’m still learning new tricks even having been a strength coach much of my life. Love all your videos but this one.....DAMN, takes the whole bakery!
Seth, first thanks for all the videos. I am fresh back to the gym. I watch your videos to help try to get a good program that works for me. I've never been able to get my rear dealt to feel like its working. After watching this video, I did a few of these workouts today at the gym. The short range of motion in the bent over rear delt raises made me feel that muscle work. Again thank you guys for all you do.
I have tried your version of face pulls. I feel it a lot too. The wife loves it as well. She has some labrum issues (torn) this feels good on it she said. I mix it up and add in the standing face pull at the end kind of like a superset and do a cluster with it at the end. Really helped develop mine for my first stage appearance. Gotta prioritize the weak links!!
Seth, holy smokes. You maybe just over the last few days became my favorite person to follow for bodybuilding training advice. Your the best man thanks for these. I can’t believe I’ve been training for two decades, been in three competitions (amateur, NPC physique) and I’ve not done some of these rear delt exercises before. Can’t wait to try these out. 👍👍👍👍
I've recently started putting more emphasis on my shoulders in the past 3 months and a half and putting an extra focus on rear delts. Definitely gonna add this in. My shoulders have been getting all around bigger with the 3d look. This is definitely gonna add in some extra mass. When I get in the zone I don't want to stop working out no matter the pain. I've grown to love working out envisioning how much better my physique will be than it already does. Everyone keeps asking me if I'm a bodybuilder wherever I go and look at me differently. I definitely stand out. Girls check me out a lot. But I do it for me cause I love working out and it brings discipline.
You are a legend Seth. Thanks for providing me that extra motivation to push through those extra sets while doing home workouts in Covid lockdowns. Your videos are the background to my workouts.
Seth Love it brother. By far One of the Greatest Bodybuilders/UA-camr/Trainer. Love all your videos and your tips have taken my transformation to another level. Keep pounding
Damn, thank you guys! This helps so much damn. It’s the little gems like this that make a world of a difference. Definitely taking notes from the dudes with giant rear delts
At 22:21 I see you have a seated cable row machine that has 2 cables instead of one. On that machine I like to do face pulls with the individual handles. You can also do the rear double bicep, just twist your hands a little in that motion
Hey love what you guys are doing. Always watching the videos to get my build that much better. One little thing... always right. Can you show more poses so when I'm flexing blood into the muscles I know the best and different ways to build that pump? Again I appreciate all the tips and moves you throw out there for us. Thank you!
Seth you da man , I've been neglecting my rear delts but now you've gave me some passion to punish those fuckers. Love your videos dude and respect your honesty, you say it like it is and its refreshing . Keep the videos coming , superb. Total respect coming at ya from Glasgow Scotland .
Had 2 Subscribe I've only done this exercise a few times and that's all I feel right now so it's definitely working I think I'll finally be happy with myself this summer
It’s easy to get caught up in the “science.” Enjoyed this video, it’s proof you don’t need to know arm path or muscle direction to get big. I kept thinking about the adage KISS, like training your teres and watching your rear delt grow. Magic!!
Great lesson. I’ve always questioned how in the hell would I build my rear delts. I’ve heard rows works them, but I never heard not to perform the row with perfect rowing form. Great tip, thanks
Seth is the King of Delts I can tell that is his favorite body part for a guy that doesnt compete nomore still looks well develope i use his tips i see change in my delts ...
I remember reading a scientific study a few years back, that showed there was the most muscle involvement/benefit too the pinky toward the ceiling grip as opposed to the back of the hand toward the ceiling-might be slight

@@kevisian don't think you can't achieve something great in bodybuilding of your natural. You certainly can.
Yeah
Love the podcasts but have really missed the videos!
James Costa same here
Podcasts get a bit repetitive with some shit mixed in between just hearing the same msg over and over gets a bit old sometimes
@@TheBeastKane Yeah Ill agree..had enough of the life rants and motivational speaks. Some more fitness influence in the podcast would be awesome.
@@Wyatt6475 I concur. That is what I come for. I don't have the time nor inclination to watch the podcasts.

The best rear delt video in the history of man. I know you had to do it to em Seth
Rear delts are SO important I wish I realized it 20 years ago
I love it how this feels like a perfect presentation from begin to end 10/10 everything is so clear
That “rope head pull” variation is pure GOLD! I tried it and it kills your rear delts. Definitely thinking outside the box pays off.
Thanks Seth, I've been at it for 35+ years and always learning!
