This is a review of my Manfrotto Pixi Mini Tabletop Tripod. While the specifications state it can be used with any phone or mirrorless camera up to 1kg/2.2lbs in weight, I found it can handle more!
In this video, I show you how I use the Manfrotto Pixi tripod with my Panasonic GH5 and also how it works with a vlogging test. This is one of the best small tabletop tripods I have ever used.

I just got this tripod yesterday for my GH5 because pairing my camera with my Joby was 5k tripod can be quite heavy and wanted something I could walk around with attached to my camera already .
So far so good. I thought my camera would be too heavy for it but it's been holding up and I really like how the tripod feels when imt vlogging or getting b roll type shots.
Welcome back and Happy New Year, Shane! Nice review and product from reliable firm. Have similar tabletop units from them. For tabletop work these type tripods are also great for holding flash units and Lume Cube type lights.

Would you suggest adding a 323 RC2 Quick Release plate combo to add more stability and easier for quick release?
What autofocus settings you used it on the GH5? I have both.
I much prefer the Manfrotto 209 over the Pixi.
Just don’t get the smallest mini ball head for it - go one step up.
It may not look as slick, but it’s much, much better.
Very nice. I did notice that your vlogging shots often cut off the top of your head. That would be something to watch for. Would a longer tripod be helpful or is it just a matter of practice? Were you using your flip out screen?
Thanks! I don't Vlog very often to be honest so I probably miscalculated the frame trying not to look at the flip-out screen :)

I you put a GH5 on it then I guess my G85 won't be a problem for this tripod!
