yeah timpani is the hardest for me too. For some reason, this year's all region is way harder than last years (in my opinion), but it's still not too bad.

@@Eroi_iorE 4 mallet and 2 Mallet etudes are tolerable. But, the snare etude is something I have trouble on. So as Timpani when it comes to 5/8 parts

@@Palaremauvei find the timpani to be a little easier because on the time signature changes the tempo doesn't change so the only the that changes is the way you count not the speed of which you're counting
