- Welcome back to the channel guys! This is my second trip of 2024, way back in April! I get out with John and Logan from the @ADKAddicts for another amazing 3 nights and 4 days of Adirondack Canoe Camping and Trout Fishing. Usually we try to focus on Brook Trout this time of year, but the pond decided Lake Trout and Splake were on the menu.

That opening sunset was incredible. I often throw the canoe in Little Clear in the evening to watch the sunset in that same direction. The ADK Addicts sure do cook up some backcountry feasts.
I really could not believe what a view I had to paddle in that night! At this point I really should know better than to even bring any of my food when meeting up with John & Logan, they always know how to do it big!
Another nice trip. Always enjoy watching your videos and it was a pleasure to actually meet you and Stephanie in Long Lake last month! Looking forward to the next video.
I really appreciate the advice from when we ran into each other. I was not kidding, lets definitely set something up to hit the water together!

You should try and make it over to the Vermont State Fair August 13-17, 2024 in Rutland. Go to the sugar house and pick up some extra dark syrup for adding to your coffee. Trust me, I know about these things 😂

I really got an affinity for hooking into those Lake Trout after all the ice fishing during the winter, it was a blast getting into a few this spring, you should see a few more in the next videos!

Spring and Fall are definitely my favorite time. I love that cooler weather.
